In Karakura town an ominous being makes it's presence known...
A dark shadow crawls in the night, stalking, watching, hunting down it's prey until the victim is caught and never seen again. As of late these happenings have grown more and more frequent, and the scope of its victims have included hollows, as well as shinigamis who were on patrol of any given area within the town. Because of the recent revival of the Espadas under the banner of a new and more powerful enemy, the captains of the Gotei 13 have begun digging in into Soul Society's ancient documents to unravel long forgotten history so as to have a better understanding of their new foe. It is because of this that they opted to send instead their lieutenants as well as the other lower seats to Karakura town, to deal with this new menace.
And thus the hunt begins...

Seeking to enhance his/her powers they sought to consume one another and in a blur of moans and smog they underwent a pseudo-unification, much like the Gillians. Their bodies merged, but their minds and their collective souls were spared the assimilation and thus five minds became entombed in one body. Morph - Due to the incomplete nature of their assimilation their body can assume different shapes and forms as well as shape their limbs into weapons or rearrange their body's structure. Regeneration - As Menos Grande's they posses their race's unique high-speed regeneration. Rubor's - She has the ability to place an absolute tracker on anything she touches, this prevents the object or person from hiding. Calor's - What he touches increases it's energy output by two times, then again on the next attack. This allows him to easily drain his opponent's energy. Turgor's - A bit similar to Wabisuke, what he touches doubles in size and weight, but not in performance. Stacking is also applied. Dolor's - When an object is touched by him and that object is touched by another, or performs any movement, that object experiences a numbing pain that is felt indiscriminately through every cell in their body. Laesa's - His ability allows him to 'kill' whatever he touches, that is to say whatever he touches enters into a coma-like state that can only be broken if Laesa's mask is damaged. Note: Their powers can affect zanpakutou spirits as they have a body as well as a soul. As a set back each of their individual powers can only be done if that object has been influenced by another one of their powers. For example, Calor can only influence something that Rubor has already influenced. Thus their attacks are more of a combo, culminating in Laesa's power. Note: Please be informed that this RP will start with the lieutenants and lower seats exiting the Senkaimon and entering Karakura town. The Senkaimon will only be open for the duration of the first page of this RP, those who are late can simply state that their character's were... late, and can join the RP by having the Senkaimon reopened. Note: Please also note that the crew-- with the exception of myself and Kitsune-tono who will be RPing her Lieutenant character-- will not be participating in this RP, but will still be monitoring this. Note: If you leave your character for two days in the RP without warning, be warned that the crew will have the right to control your character and have him/her exit the scene so as to avoid the RP from being affected by your absence.

A Senkaimon, a gateway used by Shinigami to travel to and from Soul Society, appeared in the skies of the Human World. It's appearance looked that of a traditional Japanese sliding door. A petite girl was the first to be seen as she stepped out of the Senkaimon. Her long black hair waved as a breeze passed by. She wore a standard Shinigami uniform and on her left arm was a lieutenant's armband with the Kanji of the number '6' on it together with her division's insignia. Her right hand rested on her Zanpakuto which was tied to her obi sash.
She gazed at the landscape, thinking back on their current objective as well as waiting for her other comrades to arrive.

 Tsukiko's tiny, seven-year old body faded into view a few to Napoleonita's left as she had used a shunpo from the other side of the Senkaimon and therefore didn't register to the naked when she exited the Senkaimon in this world. Her waist-length, orange hair fell down behind her as she came to a stop. Her eyes slid open slowly, revealing to the whole world the fact that both of her eyes, sclera and all, were light purple as if she were in a daze or spaced out. She looked up to the sky and wondered it was like to experience the feel on sun on one's skin. She sucked in air and looked up to Napoleonita. "Nice day..." She said in passing. Tsukiko looked away from her colleague and sighed.

Kato lazily stepped out of the Senkaimon, eyes toward the sky. He looked about for a few minutes, took his sword out of it's sheath and held it gingerly in his hands. The sword shivered with enthusiasm. "About time," Kanpata replied. Kato sighed. "I guess so..."

(I think I seen where it is day out correct?)
Lee stepped out of the gate slowly his eyes searching for anything of note that might help him decide where to start. His long sleeves covering his left hand as it rested on his Zanpakuto, his finger subconsciously playing with the ribbon on the end. Lee's badge was around his belt in the front like a belt buckle almost, shining brightly in the sunlight. 'Hopefully we can find the thing doing this and take care of it before it gets anyone else. Right Yuu?' Lee sighed and nodded is head. 'Of course Mizu that is what we can hope for, but things rarely goes as planned and as we hope they will.' Lee looked over at his fellow Shinigami taking them all in, as he turned his attention back to the task ahead he spoke up in a quiet and calm voice. "So how are we going to look for this thing? In groups? On our own? Or are we going to wait for it to show itself again?" Lee glanced back at the others.

The scorpion-like hollow breathed heavily as it tried to get up, but to no avail. It tried to move it's enlarged claws but they couldn't due to their tremendous weight.
"It's over, you couldn't even make it past me." Turgor spoke as it reached over and clasped the hollows head, crushing it and proceeding to consume it. The consumption caused his energy cloak to fade for a second, allowing his reiatsu to leak out across the area.
'So you're signaling them now, huh Turgor? I thought you wanted to play it safe and wait' "It could not be helped, besides--" he spoke before giving control of the body to the next persona. The physique of the black figure started to shrink and develop feminine-like attributes.
'Don't tell me you haven't been itching to take down shinigamis-- Rubor' the woman then stood up as a smile crept upon her face. "I can't wait"

Tsukiko noticed that Kato was speaking to his blade and that it was speaking back. She might have done the same, but didn't have anything to say to her at the moment. "You... are all too lax about this. Honestly." She let out a small sigh accompanied by a roll of her eyes. It was a few moments later that she noticed the out pour of Reiryoku upon the area as Reiatsu and noted that it was not coming from either of them. She herself had bottled hers up to mask her presence. Her head slowly turned in the direction of the unfamiliar Reiatsu. "We have company." Her body faded from sight as she used a clean shunpo befitting that of a 3rd seat to reach the source. She appeared there, and faded into view some feet away from the female. She wasn't really one for words so she simply lifted a finger and pointed it at the hollow. "Bakudo no ichi; Sai." She said clearly, launching the Kido that would bind the hollow's arms behind her back.

Napoleonita simply nodded and smiled at Tsukiko, the lieutenant of the 12th division, as she passed by her. She heard the others coming, some spoke to their Zanpakuto, but she didn't for her Zanpakuto spirit was not one to talk. Moments later, she felt a foreign reiatsu, one that had the feel of a monstrous hollow. "And so we begin." She tracked down the source of the reiatsu and dashed to that location just after Tsukiko did. Tsukiko was the first to execute a Kido attack aimed at the hollow. She did not wish to draw out her Zanpakuto this early, so she followed it up with a Hado spell. With a lift of a finger, she said, "Hado 4: Byakurai" A concentrated bolt of lightning formed at the tip of her finger and the Kido shot out aimed at the hollow's chest.

Yoshiezawa walked through the gate and ended up in Karakura town. Yoshi's eyes were closed as he took a large deep breath and seconds later exhaling all that was contained in his lungs. He then opened his eyes slowly and all he saw were several heat signatures. "There seems to be one large heat signature over there and two other smaller ones. Better switch to normal sight for a second". He closed his eyes and quickly opened then back up to see two Shinigami fighting a rather large hollow. He then quickly dashed over to that sight of the fight to see that his commanding office the Lieutenant was fighting with the hollow along with another strange Shinigami of which he did not know. Yoshi kept stopped so he was out of sight of the Hollow and he pulled his right hand around to his back, which was where his Zanpaku-to was placed. He grasped the sheath of the Zanpaku-to and tapped it revealing the a small proportion of the blade.
He then took a deep breath and pulled the sword out quickly holding it horizontally. "Overload their circuits. Kogki Suru Zuno". The blade of his Zanpaku-to started to glow a bright blue but this was a different sort of Reiatsu to the usual type. There were surges of electricity coming off of the blade and dissipating into the air. Seconds after speaking the release phrase and the blade shining an incredible light, the hilt started to glow. The hilt suddenly smashed into spiritual particles and a bright flash appeared. The flash lasted not even that of a second but there stood Yoshiezawa with his knuckle blades. These blades were very sort and were obviously a short ranged weapon. Small electrical surges were seen running through the blade and jumping off into the air. Yoshi then began to walk towards the other Shinigami to join in the fight. As he walked the words 'Our Lieutenant, so we will be fine.' echoed through his mind.

Lee looked at Tsukiko for a moment as she spoke up his left hand still on his Zanpakuto as he smiled slightly. Lee popped his neck as he felt Reiatsu suddenly appear almost out of nowhere he held back for a second as most of the others went to it's location. 'Should we go ahead and charge in or should we observe for a moment to determine some of it's abilities?' Lee put a hand on his chin for a moment thinking over what course of action should be taken. 'Well Mizu if we charge in without determining some of it's abilities then we could end up being very sorry. On the other hand if we don't help or allies could end up being hurt. So I say we do a little of both for the moment.' Lee used shunpo to get to the location of the hollow making sure to stay back for the moment and use kido. "Bakudo number Four Hainawa." The energy rope shot out to wrap around the hollow and further hold it in place while Lee observed.

The three kido spells hit one after the other. First Rubor's arms were constricted, then a hole was put through her chest and finally the Hainawa spell wrapped around her body. "Ganging up on a girl huh? Never thought that shinigami were into that sort of thing." he spoke as he hole began to close up, her arms twitched and two long blades erupted from her arms slicing through the two Bakudo spells.
'There are five of 'em. Hurry up and track them so I can start beating on them. 'Shut up for a second will you.' he then jumped up towards the roof of the building "Catch me if you can." she taunted as she ran away from the crowd, she slowed down her speed so that any one of them could easily intercept her via shunpo.

"You are a hollow. Female or no. If it means that much to you, I am seven and female. Do the math." Tsukiko's eyes shifted gears and began to see for speed. In other words, to her, she was walking. Training had taught her to never touch something too quickly. Tsukiko's hands began to glow with the light of two kido - a shakkaho in one hand and a soukatsui in the other. She didn't fire them, however, but simply kept them there. She dashed forward, and vanished mid-run. She flash-stepped around, to confuse her, keeping her Reiryoku low until finally, a minute later, she reappeared directly in front of the girl with her palms inches from Rubor's chest and instantly released both hado at her the split second Tsukiko reappeared. Tsukiko wasn't visible for longer than a fraction of a second because she vanished again. Seiten, she called it, the move she had just used. This technique granted the user the ability to shunpo closer to the adversary then release the incantation the instant they reappeared. Only those with great shunpo and very decent Reiryoku control could pull it off. Tsukiko reappered next to Lee a second later. "Finish her." She commanded as if he were hers to order around.

Takumi walked through the Senkaimon with one cigar on his mouth, the smoke made the air around him become difficult to breathe for the ones that didn’t smoke. His brown hair waved with the slight breeze that was passing by for Karakura Town, his new black Lieutenant clothes were contrasting with his marble white armband.
He reached Karakura and immediately he saw some other shinigamis. He walked towards them without a word and noticed that some of them were other Lieutenants. He then stopped and looked more carefully to know what was going on. The Hollow in front of them was surely the one they should fight and it was an enormous reiatsu. Takumi approached and stopped next to Lee. Takumi wasn’t a person to talk so he stayed there while watching Tsukiko’s attack. He had never seen such a young girl doing an attack like that. He was impressed but it wasn’t suppose since she was a Lieutenant like him. Then he turned his head to the Hollow analyzing it.

Lee watched the Hollow as it's wounds instantly sealed up his face twisted into a glare as he put his hand on his chin. 'Regeneration? I see so we will likely have to either continously hit it, or destroy it in on strike which can be easier said than done. Shall we go into Shikai?' Lee waited for an answer as he watched Tsukiko used shunpo around the thing Lee used shunpo to appear near it. 'Yes let's that way we can hopefully finish it off.' Lee proceeded to draw his Zanpakuto as Tsukiko finished her attack and appeared next to him telling him to finish it off. Lee put two of his fingers on the blade and ran them down the length of the blade. "Sobieru (Rise) Namihime (Wave Princess)." The only noticeable difference was that it no longer had a reverse blade. "Mizusa-ji (Water Surge)." Lee swung his blade in an arc sending a wave of water towards the hollow hoping to finish it quickly. "Also don't forget I am not one of your subordinates Tsukiko-Fukutaicho." Lee turned to look at Takumi and Tsukiko then turned back to the hollow ready to use another attack if necessary.

What remained of Rubor was grotesque to say the least as the two hado spells burnt a hole through her abdome, her limbs were attached by little more than thin sinews. "You little b--" she uttered but stopped when she saw the full frontal attack that Lee unleashed.
'Switch now.' "Tsk." within a flash the body morphed into a large and muscular figure as Rubor gave control over to their largest member, Turgor.
"Let's go." having had enough time to plan Turgor grabbed a slab of rock from the building he was on and threw towards the wave, afterwards he stomped the ground loosening it and allowing him to grab another slab of concrete to use as a shield should the wave persist. 'Rubor, be ready to switch back after this defense.'
