Rider Name: A'jel (Anjel)
Rider Age: 19
Rider Gender: Male
Rider Sexuality: Heterosexual/Bi-curious?
Position: Wingrider in Narjith's Wing
Rider History:
Anjel was raised by very sheltering parents. He was their one and only child, and was obviously very loved, but also very protected. It was this love and protection that in a since, was doomed to cripple the boy.
In his youth he learned very few social skills, and that has carried on even to this day, where he would rather be with only his bonded, and away from everyone else. The reason being he has a very fragile ego, and with his lack of social skills, he often makes a fool of himself. So, how does one avoid the pain? why, avoiding it.
Of course, Anjel had never intended on becoming a dragon rider. Instead he was to become a craftsman, and a painter. He has a knack for building things - furniture and the like - and would often embellish it with paintings of scenery which often told stories. He was happy with this, but trying to sell his wares meant being social and...that was his weak point, as stated before.
It was only by chance that at the age of seventeen he would accidentally impress Vogieth, a small brown. Anjel had just encountered a most deplorable and embarrassing failure to sell his wares, and the moment he left the home in which he was visiting, was fuming.
Vogieth was amused, and from then on went on to change Anjel - no, A'jel's - life forever.

Rider Personality: A'jel is very arrogant in his abilities. That is, he is confident in himself and Vogieth, and doesn't know how to be humble about it. This doesn't make A'jel very popular with his peers, who are off-put by this, and see him as an arrogant jerk for it. Suits A'jel just fine, because he doesn't have to worry about them bugging him!
A'jel is also quick to anger and lash out when he has been embarrassed. He has a very fragile ego. He hates that he doesn't know how to interact with others. Try as Vogieth might to get His to go out there and learn how, A'jel is also stubborn.
It will take a rather patient, understanding soul to change that. Or maybe a little thing called infatuation.
A'jel does have his good points however - he is a quick learner, despite the fact that he would rather learn things on his own than be taught. He is a talented artist, and well versed in literature.
A'jel also has a more calm, gentle side, most often reserved for Vogieth, though I'm sure if he were to ever fall in love with someone, they, too, would see this side of him. However, A'jel is not very open when it comes to sex, and does not easily surrender his body. He would much prefer to find 'the one' and stick with them, although with flights,....well, thank goodness Vogieth has little to no interest in them!
Rider's Appearance: A'jel is well tanned, with pale blue eyes that stand in stark contrast, and are framed by dark, almost black lashes. His hair is somewhat odd, in that he has short, choppy, blond, layers that fall just about to his chin, and then a long layer that is just above sitting-on range that he keeps tied back. A'jel prefers to wear comfortable clothing, yet also that which flatters his form. He is not very tall, but he is lithe - mostly bone and muscle.
