As the name says....
This is a fight between Ex. Mizukage Reiniku Akamatsu and Current Tsuchikage Zean Kento.
Nothing is restricted, first one declared dead wins.

Fight takes place within the konoha chuunin exam arena and area's beyond.

Rein stood alone leaning against the far south wall of the arena, his dark cloak blew gently in the breeze and the tattered edges of his cloak brushed against the ground. His eyes were closed shut in concentration and the roar of the crowds within the stands didn't even phase him as he simply tuned out the sound. The duel blades on his back were in full view outside of his cloak and they seemed almost to glitter in the bright sunlight that hit Rein from all directions. "Shouldn't this just be the merriest little fight." He muttered under his breath, he never imagined in a thousand years that he would have to fight one of his closest friends in a competition such as this but he needed the extra fame and the pride that came with winning said competition. "I wonder when he will show?"

Zean walked out onto the field he looked around and laughed, it brought back old memory's. He glanced over at Rein and muttered, "I warn you, last time we fought I was a Chunin, sure your ready for this?" Zean rolled up his hat and robe then through it aside, he had a big piece of metal attached to him. He unclipped a few objects and the wights fell off, he pushed it aside and hopped forward then back, leaving after images. He reached into his back pocket and withdrew a pair of metal gloves with a red X on top. Zean wigged out his hands and flames bursted around the battle field in various spots. He laughed, "I no longer deal with brass knuckles, say hello to the weapon I picked up while I was a Hollow." The flames on his gloves were so intensified, even Zean was feeling the pressure. He pressed his hand down on the ground, and Rein would feel tremors, then flames would erupt from below. He waited to see the turnout of this strike.
