The young goddess eyed her sister from the shadows, unseen. She knew Shia'lu was up to mischief and Artemis couldn't help but be intrigued. Followed the other goddess, slipping into the shadows and employing her powers to become ethereal to remain undetected. She'd begun to learn to use her powers rather well, able to hold it for minutes at a time, but once her sister entered the sunlight Artemis had to frown. The young goddess was loathe to leave the packlands. She adored the perpetual darkness which made perfecting her arts all the easier. Out beyond the borders the sun was a major enemy to the stealthy youngster. She sat on the edge, still concealed in shadow and watched her sister go beyond her reach. She frowned, pondering, until it occurred to her that perhaps practicing her skills outside the packlands would prove a wworthy challenge and one she could return all the stronger for!
She decided this would be the game. She would follow Shia'lu until she was found, then illicit her sister's involvement. After all, she new her sister's intentions well enough and the two could work well together against some unsuspecting mortals.
She slipped into the sunlight silently, finding any cover she could as she made her way after her sister. She used her ethereal powers when she could find nothing to hide behind, and relaxed the power when she found shadows to slip into. After a while she found the activity taxing on her energy, but continued to stalk the other goddess.
