Basic Appearance:
Cinniko is tall and has a great frame that makes her look like a beautiful mature noblewoman. Her blond hair is as gold as the sun while her eyes are as blue and clear as the brightest ocean. A single mole is underneath on the corner of her left eye (avi can't do that for some reason...) while her hair is cut short so they won't get in her way when she has to do something. Having a beef with the dress code, she wears the standard hakama but wears a chinese black peony shirt and black bracers on her arms (hakuda purposes). Black sandals also on for fashion purposes.
Personality:
She's a total believer of hardworking but would use others means to get what she wants. This doesn't mean she cares of those who work under her and she proves this by always checking up on everyone's conditions before they go on their missions. She has a peeve of her own legacy and how it was the thing that gives her a snobby presence before she even gets to know the people that judge her. Many who work under her admire her despite sometimes when she looses her temper or makes herself a fool when she's doing something.
She's also has a looser side when she plays hooky to see her boyfriend in Karakura town. To prevent another coup, she tries to keep her noblewoman image everywhere she needs to but hates doing so.
Family: Her clan, Meer Hanasaku (she's like her sister but at the same time the closest friend she ever has), Kanji Natsuhi (boyfriend in Karakura town)

Shikai Appearance: Two green hilt daggers. Two tiny bug wings appear on her back as tiny antenna appear on her head hidden by her hair.
Shikai Abilities: Call: Sing your last dance Koori Semi
Despite her zanpaktou's name and form, the sword's element is water and ice. The daggers, with her command only, has the ability to freeze anything it cuts (the place freezes so bad that it blackens the target, especially skin). Very dangerous yet most of the times, Cinniko uses her daggers without this ability from its hazardous results.
The wings on her back ups her level on shunpo and with her antenna, she can pick up even an acute amount of reishi and reiatsu in the air and detect many things around her more than without them.
Bankai Name: Saishuu Koori Semi

Bankai Appearance:
This bankai could be the most grotesque or the most beautiful depending on how the person perceives the appearance. Cinniko, now with large cicada wings and large bug like eyes, has six arm all wearing green bracers that have retractable blades.
Bankai Abilities:
The blades have the same ability as the shikai but are deadlier since now, with Cinniko's command, can sever any nerve it cuts by freezing the cut and anywhere the ice touches within the minute and permanently freeze the nerves. However, like her shikai, she never likes using it unless she really needs to. The wings give her the ability of flight when her legs aren't able to carry her anymore while her eyes now give her compound vision to scan the area a lot better. It took her many years to get used to the eyes since it makes her dizzy when she looks through them for too long.
Other Abilities:
She is a Hakuda master as well as a jeweller. Her family are the lesser nobles who's specialty are making charmed jewelery. The charms are ranked from luck to total protection. She's an expert and with a price and the right materials, can make the best defense weapon in a size of a locket.
She's also able to use kido but her best strength is within her swordplay as well as her hakuda, using them as fluidly as a dance. She believes that by performing any art like a dance, it can bring forth more efficient attacks.

Cinniko belongs to the Mitsubi clan who are the Soul Society's best jewelers. Making charms and jewelery that can either bring good fortune or even stop a hollow's cero three times, Cinniko was the born heir to the clan despite a lot of arguments that she was the only one born blond in the clan. When Cinniko became the head of the clan when she was only 180 (1 cool , she met a tiny girl that was trying to steal one of her charms one night and made friends with her overnight. By being there for her when she needed the most, she was able to gain her trust and now let's her live within her mansion. Every time she's free, Cinniko goes to the clan's main mansion only to meet the tiny girl who caught her affections when she felt the most desolate. She became a captain right after graduation at the age of 184 where, despite her hatred to it, her rank as head of her clan gave her the position to become captain of squad 9.
She has a lover in Karakura town in which she also visits when she is willing to play hooky to see him. He is waaaay older than her despite his baby faced face, but Cinniko loves him unconditionally and always tries to find missions that makes her go to a particular place in the world of the living and tries to see him as much as possible. She met him during a mission when she was in the academy and ever since she met him during a fight with a hollow, they both fell in love. This, however, doesn't means she only cares for him. Meer and Kanji are both equal in her heart and she can't live without one or the other.
