Physical Description:

The character has one very distinct feature that occurred during childbirth and was the main reason for his childhood nicknames. He was born with ice piercing blue eyes that had no iris to them. These eyes always remain intense, sharp focus as if he is trying to look right into everyone’s skin. These eyes led him to always wear his black hair long and in current stage it is cut to just above shoulder length. He always has an emotionless face as if he does not know how to display emotion. Physically he is well developed in his 6’1, 175 pound frame.

Opens up the eyes of Ichikuri to full awakening. This takes upon his ability to see subatomic particles to the stage of working the energy emission caused by particle movement in radiation. It also allows him to view the first instances of shifting energy transmission within all organism as it requires the movement of the particles to create that energy. This also involves the body of an individual with the movements they create themselves, as to move it requires that portion of limb to generate energy through the movement of its particles. This is an introductionary stage of his visual ability to work radiation and as the character gains more experience/power will unleash further techniques. These eyes are part of the Zanpacto spirit of Ichikuri.
The eye itself appears as if it embodies its own universe. An Iris appears along with what seems to be stars that shine brightly from the pupil. These are the eyes of clarity. The mystery that lays behind these eyes are yet to be known as to why they create this physical difference and do not change the sword. The eyes themselves are rumored to represent a past self of the character but has yet to be revealed.
Shikai Achieved
Kinsetsu's abilities concern directly with the various types of radiations. Radiation is energy that travels and spreads out as it goes. The energy will be emitted from one body through a medium which is known as space to ultimately be absorbed by another body. Radiation comes in forms of ionized radiation and electromagnetic radiation. A key component of radiation is that it travels in a straight line but in all directions from the source. In order to protect himself he can limit the radiation exposure spread subsequent to the initial release of radiation due to energy loss from particles. This is due to the nature of the skill in which it can be as deadly to him as it is to his opponent. This limits his potential greatly as he is in conflict with this skill and would prefer not to use it due to tendency to cause decay. The decay will never occur instanteously unless it containts significant energy concentrated which can limit his effectiveness.
Shikai release
His sword quietly changes initially from the hilt. From a typical Katana the hilt now is made of a highly concentrated thin piece of lead that makes sword slightly heavier but it is in order to protect him. Above the hilt before the blade a sattelite shaped lead piece covers his arm. The inner contour of the circular shape faces the blade point and also serves a purpose. It is in order to ensure rays that may not be controlled are directed outwards away from the body. Since all rays will travel in a straight line this form of weapon will prevent any from accidently reaching him. His blade structure remains the same as it was before the transformation but instead of the typical shimmer of metal it is now radiant green, glowing. It is said that each time he releases it takes a bit of him with him figuratively and literally.

the shikai abilities concerning radiation are greatly limited. At this stage his ability of control on radiation is modest at best and therefore cannot create too much of it as he will be unable to control it. In this stage Ionized Radiation is barely touched at all due to its more powerful nature. He initially works with radio waves which have been his learning tool device. Although quite impractical for combat they have allowed him to understand the dynamics of his release. Radio waves can be demitted from stars and gases in space, allowing one to observe it. They have a long wavelength, low frequency and low energy making them the easiest to observe and of little to no harm.
His principle attack uses gamma rays which are embodied within the parameters of his sword. This is due to his sword being able to work similar to the earths atmosphere in its ability to block most electromagnetic radiation. His sword contains its own atmospheric barrier that he can choose to open up or not. As mentioned in order for radiation to work it must pass from one body to another his sword in a sense acts as star that contains the gamma rays and travels through space till it hits another body. His sword in this state does not launch any but as it touches a body of another it can infect them with radiation dose. A radiation dose depends significantly on the concentration. Gamma Ray contains over 100 KEv in energy and the greater his spirit control ability is the greater his concentration may be.
His second form of attack concerns releasing a portion of the atmospheric barrier on his sword to send gamma rays outwards. They will be directed in a straight line towards the direction he wishes to choose but spread exponentially due to standard nature of radiation. Exposure to this again will have effects on the soft tissue of people.
His final attack uses the less potent ultraviolet radiation at the electromagnetic level to show immediate effects on the external portion of the body. Using this ability his sword changes into sun image but still in the portion of a blade. His hilt though becomes larger to a degree it has a radius of 2 feet with the same sattelite shape. This is to block the effects on himself to a degree but he also has advanced cellular reconstruction, similar to that of an arrancars resurrection, which brings further questions on the origins of his shikai. The effects being similar to ultraviolet radiation the longer the individual is in the presence of it the more their skin will burn. This intensified version of a sun acts slightly quicker to the natural sun due to its proximity. In a matter of minutes it will begin to burn the skin of the individual opponent exposed unless they perform a defense to block it. It also has the nice side effect as acting similar to the sun visually by slightly blinding the individual.
Although this may be perceived as something that is impossible to counter one can shield against it. shielding against gamma rays must be proportional to the energy of rays to the concentration of the shield. The shielding occurs through concentration of mass. The greater the concentration of mass the greatet the ability to shield. For instance spirit particles have a mass and within a kido shield their is a concentration of mass to form the spells barrier. If one for instance at a captain level performed a kido wall they could effectively block the harming contents of the rays by having a higher concentration to greatly reduce the intensity. There is an exponential decrease of intensity with thickness. It is proportional to power of block spell which can come down to level. For instance a new recruit despite knowing a blocking spell would have less concentration/thickness in shield and would be affected.
The effects depend on the situation. Gamma rays will not perform the typical effect of burning seen in ultraviolet rays due to their ability to penetrate deeper at a cellular level. The rays at this level will work at breaking down the DNA double-strands. It is a process a little slower but immediate sickness may be seen based on exposure amount. The natural body though does have the ability to repair cellular damage to a degree.
Defensively he is rather limited due to the nature of the ability but he can use one component of the offensive ability that produces radiation in a defensive manner. Radiation occurs through energy loss being dispersed outwards and he is able to if seeing an attack disperse a portiong of its energy outwards., the action that creates radiation. This will greatly reduce the impact suffered of a blast if able to see it. He can reduce it between 50 and 75%. This does not mean an attack is not deadly but he can affect damage inccured. If a captain of massive reaitsu fired a blast of great magnitude intending to kill it likely would still be life-threatening.
Other Limitations: Due to not being able to fully control the rays he can shoot he must limit their speed to a great degree making them reach a maximum speed of 300 feet per second. Quite fast by most standards but not enough to travel at the speed of light seen in typical movement of rays.

Special Accessories:
Always carries small container tubes of each element on the periodic table. This is due to his fascination with particles and their makeup. It has turned him into a collector as he loves to observe when the opportunity comes on the makeup of each element.
Skills:
Basic Academy learned skills. He is an average sword fighter but does have great reflexes and anticipation. Strength is also on an average basis as he relies more on his skill of reflexes/anticipation to use speed rather than brute strength. A genius in the sciences allows him to have greater understanding of how everything works within the soul realm and that of living. He also has ability to quickly assess situation and find solutions allowing for him to be an amazing tactician.

Hoho Agility (歩法, hohō; Viz "Fast Movement"; lit. step method) is an important skill for most Shinigami, and is very similar to the Sonído used by Arrancar. Though never stated clearly it most likely relates to the Shinigami ability to walk on air using spiritual power. By collecting and solidifying Reishi beneath their feet, Shinigami can gain traction on thin air to either freely move about or to stop themselves from falling
Shunpo (瞬歩, Flash steps), a movement technique that allows the user to move faster than the eye can follow.[2]. The focal point that determines the bases of this technique is speed. As speed is the main point of the technique the method is best characterized by how fast one can get from point A to point B in the least amount of steps. Training and skill are what determines how fast a user of Shunpo can move; those of little skill in the technique or those who haven't used it an extended amount of time would obviously be out of practice, causing those individuals to be considerably slower, which requires the use of more steps to move the same distance and become winded far easier in a shorter amount of time.
Personality:
He was an outsider from the beginning. His family feared him causing them to even distance themselves from him. He spent most of his childhood wandering out alone and never learning to really socialize with those his age. His mentor thought him respect and discipline as well as the need to be aware of surroundings. This has led him to be an observer of the world and society, as he seeks to gain understanding by peering into the happenings around him.
Biography/History:
Born with a slight birth defect according to his family, in the form of eyes without any iris, he was quickly abandoned by his family who left him to die. He was retrieved by an elderly man who did not fear the devil eyes but rather saw them as a gift that should be cherished. His mentor thought him about the sciences, sword skills and to always be open to new ideas. To be open to these ideas he must explore and observe his surroundings. His mentor passed away when he was 8 and he spent the next 5 years traveling and gaining understanding of how life functioned. Despite all the looks of hatred that seemed to be directed towards him he remembered his mentors philosophy to always keep an open mind. He joined the Shinigami academy at the young age of 13 and quickly showed promise mostly due to his ability to learn quickly. He has recently graduated at the age of 15 and is now ready to join the shinigami ranks to venture to new worlds in order to expand his views.
Gotei 13 history
Joined 12th Division where quickly established a knowledge of the sciences as he created the invisibility cloaking device and worked on the Kido Cannon Gun. Attained the 5th seat rank and had control of the technological development lab. With his Captains approval he was offered the position as Vice Captain for the 8th Division, Central Intelligence. He accepted this position and at his young age finds himself as a Vice Captain although will still need to prove himself in many individuals eyes. His potential though is quite clear.

Ability to see particles at the subatomic level which does not make him faster or stronger but allows him to understand patterns of movement and connections that make up the world.
