In September, 1998, a disaster struck the mid-western American town of Raccoon City. An outbreak of the t-virus transformed the city's population into zombies. As a final desperate measure to halt the spread of infection, the U.S Government approved an air-to-surface missile strike on Raccoon City, annihilating the doomed town and its entire population in the process.
Now just 15 years later the world is yet again under a biological attack. Since the Umbrella/Tricell merger nearly five years ago, reports of devastation have been surfacing all over the world. Thus far, Government agencies have been able to handle small outbreaks as they occur. However, the widespread release of Bio-Toxins in populated cities throughout the United States have forced the U.S government to issue an official signal for help to the United Nations. Due to the chaos over the past decade and a half, the U.N is unable to process the request and instead leaks the information, broadcasting it throughout the world in hopes that gathered forces will come forth and stop the pandemic from spreading any further. » File Zero » "Cry For Help" ******Static******* This is Commander Bob Swagger, of the United States Tactical Force. County Jail - London' England
- 8 A.m Monday Morning - As the door to freedom begins to open Mistro remembers all the horrible things he had done since the tragedy of his family. All the things he had to do to get by. Leaving the Facility, he goes to the front desk an asks the strange looking guard "Hey, wizeass let me see my property, or have you lost it again" The man gives a slight smile an slides Mistro a paper sack. "Go on now Travis, I don't want to see you in here again" Mistro turns an walks out of the facility in hopes of never returning.
- 1 P.m Tuesday Afternoon - "Walking around London is like walking through hell there's just more attractive people here" Mistro begins to talk with himself. " Turn the right corner around this city, an you never know what your gonna find" As Mistro passes, the London National Bank. The Sirens seem to go off, Two seconds later the place is swarmed with police in cheesy looking hats, an firearms. The door seems to be locked as the police try to break down the door, as they all filter in, the doorway begins to fill with some kind of strange mist. Screams can be heard from within the bank. Then nothing but silence. ..
Mistro sits across the street, an begins eating a bagel that some citizen left behind during the chaos. An hour passes an yet no officers return from the misty bank. After two hours pass, three high risks medical Vans appear on the east side of the building. Men with white full body suits exit out of the van. Mistro approaches the Vans, but is pushed back by two men wearing black suit, an dark glasses. Mistro catches a glimpse of one of the guys that exited the van, an notices that he has the Tricell logo stitched on his back. Mistro procceeds to leave the area, when his attention is quickly turned to a swarm of people exiting the building, at a rapid rate. Mistro quickly notices that there eyes are completely black, and that they all seem to be covered in blood. Citizens frantically run in every direction trying to excape this horrible nightmare that seems to be unfolding, Mistro joins the crowd of running people but quickly turns down a dark and wet alley. In hopes of buying himself some time, he quickly notices a fire-excape an quickly runs up to the roof. Mistro stands on the roof watches as London begins to destroy itself from the inside out. He then realizes that the horror, of the T-virus has finally caught up with him.

Small Cottage/Florence, Italy: BUZZZZ!!"It's morning already?" Claire asks groggily as she turns and clicks the off button on her alarm clock. After a few yawns and routine stretches, she climbs out of bed grabbing the red bath robe on the chair nearby and walks towards the kitchen. Opening the fridge she grabs the carton of eggs and carton of orange juice. She grabs a nearby skillet, placing it on the stove while adjusting the temperature. "I hope it doesn't rain, I have so much to do today." Claire thinks as she cracks an egg into the skillet. "hmm...there is laundry, cleaning, a trip to the post office, oh and I should give Chris a call. I mean after all, does he ever call me?" she chuckles at this realization and flips the egg. Just then her phone rings. Claire sidesteps and picks up the receiver hitting talk. "Hello?," She asks. To her surprise it was Maggy, one of her friends from Terra Save. "Oh hey Maggy, what's up?...Really? Again?!...okay, fine. I'll see you soon. Bye." Claire hangs the phone back up and then tosses the egg onto a small plate. She can't believe it, another attack, this time in Rome. It seemed as if more and more biological outbreaks were popping up all over in Italy. She had worked more in this month alone than she had worked in one year before the merger between Tricell and Umbrella, of course. The news stations, papers, internet; all were plastered with reports of infectious outbreaks occurring throughout the world. "I just hope all of my friends are okay." thought Claire. Now with the urgency to meet Maggy and the others at the biological "crime" scene Claire scraped the eggs into the garbage can and hurried back to her room. She quickly dressed in simple jeans and a black tee, threw her hair up into a pony tail and made her way towards the front door. Before leaving, she grabbed her red vest from the armchair and also her satchel that held all of her supplies. With one last sigh she locks and closes the door, leaving her warm cottage in the distance as she makes her way to her shiny, red civic in the driveway.

"Ah africa a great place to be". Marcus said, he was traveling with a couple of Umbrella Corporation survivors. Marcus grabbed a drink of beer and handed some to his friends. "Hm ever since the explosion here in africa not many infected have been spotted".
They then stopped the truck and set up camp. He made a camp fire and made the crew some roast chicken. "Ah nothing beats then a good old Roast Chicken aye boys".Marcus said. "Yeah defiantly". All the crew said.

Aparthotel an der Spree/Berlin, Germany: 0800 hours The morning sun was beating down on the busy streets of Berlin. Amber Drake should have been relaxing, in theory; the days of her BSAA work were well behind her and she was now just one of the many citizens going about their lives and she’d chosen Germany to be her new home. After all her grandfather had been German. Of course Amber Drake wasn’t completely planning on a normal life. She still had a job to do, her own personal vendetta even if no one else had hired her in a while.
The day hadn’t started any different to normal, Amber had woken at six like she always did and quickly found herself ready for the day ahead. She had gone to the hotel gym and worked out, just because she wasn’t on duty didn’t mean she’d let herself go, showered and then had a light breakfast all by seven thirty. By eight she was out and looking for somewhere to live. She wasn’t planning to rush in; of course this was going to be her home. Although she wouldn’t be there all the time, she had her work, as and when she got it and her own little crusade to undergo. Even if it wasn’t what he would have wanted. He didn’t have a say in it, he was dead.
As Berlin began to wake up Amber began to watch. She found people fascinating. Certainly ones oblivious to what was going on around them, just like she was trying to be or convincing herself she was. With a sigh she looked at her cell phone. Flipping it she looked down her list of contacts, just as her finger went to press dial she heard a scream. There goes my day house shopping. She thought darkly as she went to see just what was happening, hoping it was something like a rat that had scared a shop owner, she was never that lucky.
Turning the corner from the river front she saw a man struggling with a woman, several people watching confused and afraid. The woman was rabid, trying to bite the man. How could it have got here.... How could it have found her. She froze, the woman got the man to the ground and no one helped, then another scream further along. Panic and chaos soon followed with civilians running in every direction. Amber swore under her breath and started to run towards the hotel. She had been stupid, she’d left her equipment there. So fate was telling her she couldn’t avoid this? Well in that case she was ready, she’d fight till the end. Flipping her phone again she called one of her transport contacts.
“Dean, it’s happened again... I need some form of transport in Berlin and I need it now!” She spoke in breaths as she sprinted into the hotel and up the stairs. Thank god she hadn’t been for from it. “Coordinates and what do you need?” The male voice came into her ear. She quickly breathed the coordinates and looked out her window, there were a group of them already and civilians were being turned quickly.
“A water vehicle, helicopter or car anything.” “Car, I can get one to you in less then five minutes...Driver is expendable.”
“Thanks Dean, I owe you again.” With that she hung up, pocketed the phone and finished connecting her holsters to her legs. She started down the stairs one gun out, hearing the screams and panic outside. Berlin, Germany: 0830 hours
Finally the car had arrived; the driver unfortunately had been dragged out and killed and Amber was now speeding through the streets of Berlin, hitting anything that got in her way.... It had found her.

London, England; 1:15 pm
Up till a couple of hours ago, the streets of London had been quiet and docile as always. A perfect example of modern day civilization where people went about their everyday affairs. Now panic, fear and chaos had gripped the city and had began to send it spiralling towards hell, much like Raccoon City before it.
At the center of all the commotion stood the London National Bank. Hours earlier a report had reached TriCell of a posible situation occuring there. Seeing as this was his hometown, Frederic Downing, current top researcher for TriCell had joined the team responding to the call. Everything since then had been a flurry of madness, as infected threatened to ravish the city.
His collegues began fighting off these zombies, restaining or killing them as the situation called for it. In between the fighting to restain the outbreak, Dowining found himself thinking about how he had ended up in this of all situations. From his theft of T & G from Umbrella during the Raccoon City Outbreak, to his escape of the city; his eventual work for WilPharma where he hoped to capatalize on selling those viruses to third world dictators for money. That had lead to his arrest, but rather than end there, his arrest only lead to a new chapter in his life; one which lead him to be freed by TriCell where his knowledge of the T-Virus cure would be useful. He had gone to work for TriCell four years ago, and in that time he had been part of TriCell's efforts to revert the Virus Outbreak. ...punishment for his previous sins... Downing had always called it.
Now his mind brought him back here, in the midst of another outbreak where the T-Virus cure posibly would not be administered in time. He had with im a prototype weapon that launched the cure in large darts towards the zombies, but still, hitting them all was damn near imposible. It was in the midst of the case that he saw a young man run into a dark alley. "Another one lost..." he spoke to himself as he joined the other TriCell members who had been in radio contact with the local HQ.

Bar in Astana Kazakhstan Kolya Golbez glanced up at the t.v. He had no clue that the virus was breaking out at such a random time. Had to be planned. The door to the bar opened slowly and Kolya smiled. The guaze didn't hide his pointed teeth that protruded. Turning he watched as the carrier approached. Grabbing a double barrel shotgun he pulled the trigger and blew off the creature's face. Tossing the shotgun aside Kolya grabs the much more familiar weaponry and sets it beside him. Taking out a cell phone he decides to call an old employer. Dialing in Frederic Downing's number he wanted to know if there was any work or if he had found Wesker.

Edward "Roach" MacTavish -Hudson Bay Canada 0500 hours local time- Roach jumped off the landing craft his ACR up and ready to go. Roach is the first one off the landing craft and the first one on to the beach its freezing out and they have been up all night waiting for this moment the change of the guard around the cottage belonging to a Drug lord that has also been running a sex salve ring based at his cottage. Roach's team was now around the huge cottage over 234 acres of land with the cottage it's self taking up half of that. "Okay team go go go!" everyone got up at once and advanced firing on the complex Roach stayed behind with the team sniper covering him. Roach watched the chaos erupt in side from his tough book that was linked up to a UAV with heat vision scope. "These Canadian's know how to fight..." Roach thought to himself. As all of the tangos dropped the team came out with the drug lord in hand cuffs and battered and bleeding with a few gun shot wounds in the leg staining his white cotton pants red. "Good work team lets go." As they headed to the extraction point Roach's radio buzzed to life. "Captain MacTavish. your team will go to extraction point Alpha you go to extraction point Beta you have a new assignment we will pick you up and take you to Base Gander you're going to Raccoon city." "What the hell could I do there... the USA has been under quarantine for years.. oh well." Roach headed to Beta point where a Seaking helicopter was waiting. "OKAY LETS ROLL OUT!" Roach shouted over the routers of the Seaking as he jumped into the passenger seat. The Seaking took off Roach watched as Hudson bay slowly vanished into the horizon, thinking about what his next mission could be.

Active Volcano Top, Africa; 2008 "Pain....inmense pain rushes through my body, or what may be left. It does not end. Is this what the religious call Hell? Never ending pain and punishment? What kind of god ends like his, a prisoner of pain cast out by those who protect the weak and useless destroying the planet? No, this cannot be the end!"
The long darkness disappeared as a set of eyes opened, revealing orange colored pupils. The body of Albert Wesker lay, ravished and broken, but not destroyed on top of sizzling hot rocks, yet this were nothing to him. As he slowly tried to prop up, dozens og thoughts poured into his mind at once, the most dominant being why, or how he was still alive. It was all blurry: anger, pain....twin rockets blazing past his head and creating a wave of lava that had engulfed him. As the once powerful blond tried to operate his body, he found it barely working, but working nontheless. It seemed nostalgic almost, the feelings in him. They had been quite similar to his first moments awakening in the lower levels of the Arklay Mansion right after the Tyrant had attacked him. "Is this the work of Spenscer's Virus? Or maybe an Uroburos mutation...?" He asked himself this and more as he finally stood on his feet, weakened beyond believe, he forced his body to move.
Wesker walked for what seemed like months, slowly regaining his strengh as time passed till he made his way to TriCell's African laboratory, what had once been the site of his grand master plan to save the planet from the stupidity of humanity. During his short stay there, Wesker came to suspect that is was indeed a mix of both Uroburos and Spencer's Progenitor Virus that had kept him alive. But Africa was still a highly active area. During that time TriCell and BSAA where still active, proceeding with investigations of his recent Uroburus Plan. Wesker had no chioce but to leave.
He spent a long time travelling, observing the world the Chris Redfield had saved destroy itself due to the stupidity of normal humans, humans without his needed guidance. Eventually the man known as Albert Wesker ended up in the abandoned Russian Umbrella Base where he had killed Sergei years earlier. This served as his hidden sanctuary till our current time.
Umbrella Russian Base, Northern Russia
Albert Wesker found himself in the bowels of the laboratory level of the base. Unlike the rest of the base this room was well lit, but only due to the fact that what occured him required much more care. He had managed through years of work to somewhat get the abandoned location into somewhat of a working order. He not only had used this time to turn this into his private HQ but also to learn, learn about the conditions of his survival from his firery doom in that African volcano.
Finishing what he worked on for now he headed upstairs to his computer room. He entered a dark room with large screens controled mostly from the remotes and controls on his command chair in the middle. He had dedicated the last years of his life for two purposes: The first was to rebuild, which he had done. The second was to observe. He had watched as the United States had failed to deal with the dangers the Umbrella Viruses posed. Now the world which he once came close to saving under his rule came closer each day to destruction. On this particular day, the headlines talked of an outbreak in London. Quietly Wesker stared at the main screen till he stood up, and began talking to himself...somewhat of a habit he had picked up in the last few years of exile. "Chris...you saved this world only to make sure it died. You thought you were saving it by ensuring I did not lead it. Well Chris...I hope you are porud of this world." Wesker's eyes glowed red as he took of his shades and smirked. "...but I will fulfill my destiny....to lead this world into salvation, with me as it's god."

He walked back into his barracks, put his Colt.45 into its holster, swung the strap of his M8 rifle over his shoulder, picked up his bag and left the barracks with the rest of his squad behind him. They boarded a Chinook helicopter, and as the helicopter took off, Tek slowly grew anxious-

The situation in fron to of the bank had deteriorated far beyond the operational predictions the team had made before lift-off. Downing's new anit-B.O.W. rifle was a succes, yet this prototype was far too slow to be effective against a mob this size. It was a one hit wonder against zombies only a few hours post-infection, but it was obvious that it could do no more here.
"Doctor Downing, it's time for you to leave the hot zone. Your mission is complete" spoke one of the TriCell soldiers covering Downing. The prototype weapon and the creator where more important than grunts, and these were dedicated soldiers who would fight as long as necesary. Frederic was the first to admit to admit that even though he had weapons training these past years, if not for the protection of the trained soldiers, he'd be of little use in an active combat area. "Yes, very well." Frederic signaled one of the other soldiers to radio in the helicopter in the perimeter, awaiting for the test to be complete. Just then Downing's phone rang. His eyes opened wide when he saw it was an old contact from his Umbrella days. "You will have to wait. Not the best time!" The last sentence came out as a yell, due to one zombie getting to close to comfort. Luckely a soldier got it in the head with a knife.
After another minute of hell, the helicopter came into view, lowering to pick up the gray haired doctor. The Anti-B.O.W. weapon had now ran out of ammo, and it fell on the soldiers to protect him, while clearing an area for the helicopter to land. After 5 years, these soldiers had been trained to handle average zombies, with rather good effeciancy, meaning that the area would soon be cleared for the helicopter, though the outbreak had yet to be contained in the central London area.

Mistro sat on the roof top for a good few minutes, trying to think of his plan of excape. He knew whats going to happen next, he's read all the reports on the origin of the T-virus. How it started in Raccoon City an has moved all throughout the U.S then to other countries. It was only a matter of time before London would be dead to everyone, only a handful of civilians will live if there lucky. Mistro then thought of his plan. Mistro quickly got to his feet an began jumping from rooftop to rooftop, just one slip an he'd be a pancake, but that would be better than being a freakin zombie he thought. "Damn this whole ******** cities has already gone to the dogs" Just then a nearby door came crashing down, an a flood of infecties came rushing at him. Mistro quickly ran toward the edge of the rooftop not sure what he's going to do next. Just then Mistro spots a Helicopter beginning to land just about 100 feet away, he spots a grey haired man waiting to board the heli. "Yes that is my way out, there's plenty of room" Mistro turns towards the infecties giving them alittle grin as he steps off the rooftop. He went crashing down onto the fire excape, "Urgh ******** that was alittle more than i thought" Just then infecties began falling from the heavens, Mistro quickly sprinted down the stairs as fast as he could. Once Mistro was back on solid ground he quickly headed toward where the Heli is suppose to be landing. Mistro spots afew tricell forces but doesn't worry since they look like there hands are full with a group of infecties. As Mistro approaches the area of the heli he notices a group of infecties pouring out of a nearby alley, knowing that there were to many to take on specially without weapons. "Oh s**t, it's a stampede" Mistro quickly hurls himself toward a nearby garbage truck, scurming up to the top of the big rig he proceeds to jump toward the Heli, even though it has yet to land. Mistro faceplants onto the heli's cab with a Thud! "Ah ********, my beautiful face" Mistro quickly pulls the Pilots pistol out of it's holster, an begins demanding orders! "Lets go take off leave the old man, he's lost! Lets go" Noticing that the pilot just ignores his orders Mistro quickly reaches down toward the Grey haired man, to help him up onto the Heli. Blood begins to pour down the helicopter sides, do to infecties falling off the rooftops and into the heli's blades. "Come on Old man lets go" Mistro quickly thrust the man onto the heli seat. "Damn your a heavy one my friend" Mistro falls back onto the heli door, wich he quickly begins to shut. Mistro wastes little time trying to get to know the strange man. "YOu work for Tricell don't you"

Middle East/ Africa
Marcus and his fellow umbrella crew finished their dinner and got out a keg from the truck. The filled it with beer and one of them handed everyone a drink. Marcus took a sip of his beer and turned and set up tents for everyone, he even made a radio station in case of survivors. Marcus made some convo with a couple of his friends, but nothing special just the good old days back at the Umbrella corporation. The air was warm at night and it seem to be quite, there wasn't even the sound of infected in the air or the stench.
"Ah this should be a good night to remember a peaceful night to be precise". Marcus said in his thoughts. Everyone sighed including Marcus, Marcus then finished making the radio station, the tents and put a cover over the truck. As it seemed nearly all of Marcus's crew were tired but not that tired, Marcus on the hand was full awake. Marcus got himself some coffee out and drank it, it was refreshing and nice but a little hot. He then went off and took a wiz behind the tree, the crew of the corporation were just talking, some of them went to sleep but others were still up.
