There needs to be a race amongst the former Runners populating Ista Weyr. It's logical to assume that word of a race of ex-Runners would get out and that the race became an event: spectators, betting, etc. Here's what is needed:
1.) (Former) Runners! Can't have a race without Runners! Candidates and Riders alike are welcome.
2.) Bettors and spectators! The inhabitants of Ista seem to look for any reason to bet, so here's a good one. Also, it would be neat if there were some people to cheer on the ex-Runners.
