I can proudly say I still have one binder and four boxes full of pokemon cards most of which are from the first set.

Oh I'm happy to say I've still got all of the Pokemon cards I collected when they first came to America.
I've even still got the very first card that I ever bought, Holographic Ninetails. heart
I'm a little sad they don't make the Pokemon cards in the same design anymore. Or at least, not in any packages that I've seen. I stopped collecting after this changed. =P

Yeah I think I stopped collecting just as everything started changing. And then I stopped watching the anime when that started changing too.

Sadly, all of my original Pokemon TCG cards were lost when my mom and dad split up, torn between households, sold off, etc. But, I have managed to regain a good sum of cards - not my old first edition holos, of course, but acceptable enough. Now I'm confident that my deck can kick just about anybody's butt.
I still very much miss my old holographic mewtwo, and my holographic dark charizard. emo

 I have a Zapdos from the Fossil Set.It's not one of those rare ones with the ones that had a problem with them.

We should still have all of ours somewhere
and having 3 kids worth, there are a lot of them
somewhere in the garage
OH, and my boyfriend has a few original holos, still in nice cases, so pretty much mint

Not what series they're from.
