i think that we should have a Halloween costume contest!
either your real life costume or on gaia..
i probably wont be able to post a pic of myself though..
like post a picture of yourself on a certain topic then ppl can vote for who
they think is best! (BTW i am going to be a poet for Halloween smile )

You can always have people take pictures of them selves in real life and have their avatar like that?
Say, I dress as a cat...I need to post a picture of myself in a cat suit, along with my avatar dressed as a cat.

That's actually already been planned. :3
October will be Frightober month here in the guild, and each week of Halloween will be a different type of halloween costume requirement for your avatar.
We may even do a contest where you take photos of your real costume in real life with you holding up a paper with your user name so we know it's you.
Anyhow, thanks for giving us an idea though smile

I'm beginning to really like this guild. smile
I can't make a gaia avi that looks like my costume. Well, I can, but I don't wanna dish out 600k for the only item that looks like the helmet.

And say it for me, say it to me and I'll leave this life behind me, I don't think I'm going to be anything for Halloween BUT maybe I'll do it this year because this sounds like it would be a ton of fun. (: Say it if it's worth saving me.

All of the avatar contests will require 50 posts. And it'll be free to enter.
We had a user who was able to get 50 posts in a day here a week ago. Just need to go to the spam forum and bump your little heart out.
And post often here.
The picture entry will also be a 50 post requirement, and it'll be the last week of October. It'll be free to enter though.
The Raffles and Lottos going on will have no post requirement, but will cost gold to enter.
Basically, we don't want to lose gold on a bunch of random people coming in and joining contests, because we fund the avatar contest ourselves obviously. The lotto has been helping out lately quite a bit though, it's quite nice.
