We have been having some problems within the guild. As of today no one is allowed to accept new members or ban members. The only exceptions to the rules are the Captain (Miscreant74), Midnayuki, HeilMaster, & myself.
If we find out that you have taken it upon yourself to ban or accept a member you will be demoted. We are also the only ones allowed to delete post.

The problem was that it appears that someone was deleting other peoples post.
This was the reason for the ruling.

You had no authority to ban anyone.
Do you realize how much work you created for me, Heil & Miscreant?
We had to un-ban all the people that you had banned. Miscreant had given everyone until the end of this month to post in the Guild. They still had over 2 weeks to post. You didn't just ban zero posters, you banned new members.

As of the the 15th of July anyone wishing to advance in rank must have created a stable discussion thread ( having more than 1 page of commits from others than the original poster) and have the following number of posts.
Crew 50 posts of more than 4 words{the exception is the Change one letter game} ( no spamming and no Emo Dumps)
Vice Captains basic rank 100 posts as above
Vice Captains Overall command 200 posts and 5 threads as above.
All new crew must have been a member more than 1 month and Vice captains more than 2.
Exceptions may be made if you have special Skills but if that is true you should be able to advance through you own labor.

5 and under Camp follower or slave
10 posts or less Holds the rank of cannon fodder
11 or more are Footman

For those of you Who do not know this There are only 13 Vice Captain slots until we reach 100 members. Then 13 more until 200 members. There are no slots open. You all need to keep this in mind. Provisional VCs may be created and if a VC is AWOL or wishes to step down they will be Full VC.

New Promotions To VC postponed till after Nov 30th.

Funny I don't see your name on this list Lord anbux1. You disrespected our guild. You disrespected our Captain. You have no respect for the Chain of Command.

I banned people who were'nt active at all,I my had fun once with my power, i not going to denie it was wrong to the rules of the guild,but the greater question was where were you.Like all the other Vice Captains busy inactive for months.I don't blame you for being gone,but the chain of command was ineffective.None of that list were active if they were i wouldn't be the highest poster in the guild.You guys spoke of a November clean up of non active members,but the never happened,until I broke the rules.Your right it is funny my names not on that list,but what more funny
that you guys enforce rules that dont work.

If you had read what Miscreant wrote then you would have know it was the end of November, not the middle. Furthermore none of us have been gone for months.
And for the record I was the one who said you banned people who had post, not Rowan. Do you ever read what other people say?

How would you know if the chain of command was effective or not? I know that Miscreant had been in touch with you. You went against his wishes & his orders.
