This was my first attempt at RP, just thought I'd share. Feel free to tell me what you think. Good or bad.
Charactors:
Nadaka: human priest; Raylyn: undead priest
Emmierose: human mage; Roliselah: undead mage
Greybeard: dwarf hunter ((not mine but he didn't care =>.<=))
Lightning flashed through the autumn sky, illuminating three figures riding hard through the blasted landscape.
“Ach! Nadaka lass, hold up a minute.” The Dwarf bringing up the rear called. The leader of the group reigned in her horse, long sliver hair falling around a tanned face like ribbons.
“What is it Grey? We’re almost there.” She said sounding irritated.
“That’s just it lassie…where exactly are we going? Ye got that letter and took off like a Gnome after ale with nay a word” He stated smoothing down his bushy grey beard.
Nadaka avoid looking any of her companions in the eyes as she turned her horse back the way she was going and said one word; “Father,” Before kicking the white mare into a gallop again. The remaining two looked at each other. Shrugging the mage kicked her black stallion and followed her friend.
“Humans,” The Dwarf muttered more to himself than the spotted white cat lying in front of him across the ram. As he urged the beast onward the rain decided to fall.

A few miles later they caught up just in time to see her slide off her horse and run at something that was once human, kneeling in front of a mass grave marker.
“Be gone from this holy place foul creature!” Nadaka yelled as she slid to a stop on the muddy ground. Beginning to chant, gathering holy energy around her hands. Her “casting stance” was the same as all acolytes with one major difference. Where most held their hands upright to gather energy, Nadaka held her hand palm down; just as she had seen her mother do years before.
The creature stood up and falling into the same stance begun to cast the same spell.
Nadaka’s hands dropped as her eyes went wide. “Mama?” She asked in a weak voice.
The creature’s hands dropped for a moment then she cast a different spell. Nadaka flinched when the spell hit, then her face went completely blank.
The other two, having seen all this, were about to attack when Nadaka turned to them and said in a voice that wasn’t quite here own. “Hold. I will not harm my daughter; nor will I use her to harm you.”
“Daughter?” The mage asked, pausing mid-cast. “I thought Nadaka was an orphan raised by the church.”
“She is Emmierose.” Grey said lowering his gun. After a moment of thought he raised it again and pointed it at the chest of the undead woman. “I’ll honor your request but know if you harm one hair on that child’s head I’ll personally finish what nature started.”
Nadaka’s body nodded then went completely still.

Nadaka awoke in darkness. “Where am I?” she asked no one in particular, shaking her head trying to clear it.
“We’re inside your mind Nadie love.”
Nadaka perked up at the sound of a voice she hadn’t heard since she was a small child using a nickname only one person ever knew. “Mama?” She asked the darkness; the undead woman stepped into view causing Nadaka to recoil.
“You called me that once. But that was long and long ago.” The creature gently used one clawed finger to brush the hair off of Nadaka’s face. “My how you’ve grown my Little Nadie love; and an active member of the church no less; not that it means much but I am proud of you.”
“But how?” Nadaka forced out. “I watched the ogres kill you.”
“You don’t have to die of the plague for it to take hold…it needs only to be in your body at the time of death. Becoming coherent enough to wake up is the tricky part”
Pulling a book out of nothing the dead thing began flipping through it. “Oh that’s how you survived…cleaver girl. I always told you apples would save your life. I didn’t know then how true it would be. humm…a kind dwarf, oh you and that boy got into a lot of things you shouldn’t have…no wonder Brother Daniel’s hair became so white.”
The realization of what the book contained was enough to pull her out of the shock. Nadaka grabbed the book. “Those are MY memories. You have no right to go through them like that!”
Chuckling to her self the woman replied “That’s the child I knew and loved…however our time grows short, soon the spell will brake.” Cocking her head to one side she continued “No matter your friends grow restless anyhow.”
Standing up the woman glared down at Nadaka. “Let me leave you with this warning child. The woman you once called “mama” is no more after this moment. I guess that part of me just needed to know what became of you, Nadie love. Now that I know it can rest in peace. Farewell Nadaka of Northshire; live well and may the light guide you, but know next time we meet I will most likely try to kill you…you best do the same.”
Turning on her heal the creature walked once more into the darkness.
“Mama?! MOTHER!” Nadaka screamed as she came back into reality. Sinking to her knees Nadaka was vaguely aware that she was clinging on to Emmierose as if her life depended on it and that somewhere a child was crying.
“WHAT DID YOU DO TO HER YOU MONSTER?!” Grey yelled as he turned to fire his gun…but the creature was gone.

Raylyn stood on a hill top watching as a dwarf and a woman bundled a third onto a horse and lead it away. A single tear fell from an eye that forgot how to cry long ago.
“So sister, care to tell me why that tasty little morsel is riding away and not on the menu?”
Without turning Ray replied, “Because Roliselah, she met me without arms…would you have me be no better than they are?” With a smile she added, “Besides she’s a holy priest.”
Making a face Roli said, “Oh never mind then; the last one of those I ate made me sick for a week…much too sweet.”
Still smiling Ray turned to a friend in arms. “Why are you out here anyway…I thought you and the other’s said if I wanted to go on this ‘fool’s mission’ I was alone?”
“That we did…but you know how Montauk can get, and I’m still not sure if Sangai ever had a personality let alone if he’s going to find it again, so I decided to come and fetch you before I tried to kill one of them…or both. However if you don't mind me asking why are you out here?”
Ray looked over here shoulder just in time to see a silver haired girl pull herself tall in the saddle and turn away from the hill to face the sun forcing its way through the storm. "Saying goodbye to who I once was.”
”I suppose I’ll have to live with that for an answer.” Roli said with a pout.
Walking to the bottom of the hill Ray untied her undead warhorse. “I've got a riddle for you sister...where to now?” She asked as they mounted.
“That’s an easy one; where ever the good lady sends us. But first I think we should go get the boys before they burn something down.”
Laughing Ray replied; “yes…lets.”
