Nestled in the rocky crags of the Northern Alps, is a large, limestone cave nestled in a ravine. The entrance to the cave is obscured by various scrub brush and is not fully visible from above. The main chamber is fifteen feet long by four feet wide. There is a six foot clearance, and at the back of the cave are three tunnels.
The first leftmost is steep and slick as is travels below the ground. Here water trickles constantly from a very small underground spring, and in warm weather small blind fish and water crustaceans gather in the steadily moving water.
The middle tunnel leads to a room nearly half the size of the main chamber, where the pack sleep. Other than size, its no different than the entrance.
The tunnel to the right has many twists and turns. The tunnel, itself, is a rather tight fit for males of larger bulkier breeds which makes it the perfect whelping den.
Outside of the cave the pack lays claim to very little.
Their territory borders Genba and Hougen’s old stomping grounds and even after their defeat the pack has yet not seen fit to expand their range.

Like most packs this one started with a single dog with a head full of ideas. Kirby dreamed of a life better than the one he had grown up in. After disowning his mother and renouncing her ideals of 'survival of the fittest'. Her mother shared Hougen and Genba's ideals for what a society of dogs should be.
He limped away from the only family he had ever known.
She nearly killed him.
Slowly but surely he rebuilt his life and found a young b***h, Hani, who shared his ideals. They became close friends and took in a young boxer mastiff cross, raising him together as their own. His name was Romeo. That puppy grew up, and left in search of his birth father. A short time after Romeo's departure they happened upon their second charge, a golden retriever. Daisuke.
One night Kirby awoke from a dream, urging him to find the father he had never known. He had grown up hearing his mother's accolades of his sire and feeling nothing but horror at what he heard.
Once dawn broke Hani and Daisuke were alone. Now coming into his own, Daisuke urged Hani to go after Kirby.
He has seen neither of them since. And in their absence has started to build a pack of like-minded dogs.
