A very heavy with pups Ylva made her way very slowly across the plains. She was due very soon but that wouldnt keep her from her duties. She was tough damn it! She didn't need to lay down and rest.
Okay maybe for a little bit. The hyena panted and sat down on her haunches. This was not easy damn it. Not that Ylva expected being heavy with cubs would be, but she didn't expect to be so tired. Pant pant pant.
The watering hole was so close though. She could almost smell the mud from the banks where she sat. So close, but here Ylva was sitting and panting. The hyena shook her head and got up and waddled over toward that scent.

Sauda had noticed her once love had broken apart. It wasn't the same as it had been when they first were together. Distance was now between them, and she hadn't seen him in awhile. Or her now grown daughter. Sadness filled her heart for a few months, before she decided she needed to to move on. Life was out there to do with her as it wished. She moved slowly, head up, and trying to be optimistic about the world today. She needed to be happy. Think happy thoughts....
Before she could go on more about her own little thoughts of bad things, she had noticed something that caught her eyes. Something that looked rather familiar on her way to getting some water to start the day. She moved closer to take a better look. Smiling, she realized it was the hyena she had ran into before. Yet, she was still far away. "HELLO" She shouted as she thought she was close enough for the other to hear.

A familiar voice echoed the plains. A greeting? Ylva turned her head to find a very familiar hyena. Oh the irony, Ylva felt her face flush pink. The last time the two had meet , they had discussed mother hood. And now here she was heavy with pups of her own. A soon to be mother.
"H-hello!" Ylva had to collect her self some. She really hadnt expected such an unexpected run in. A brow lifted, maybe Suada did live near by after all. Or maybe this was her favorite scavenge or hunting ground.
The glowy female took an awkward step forward.

Sauda really didn't live anywhere now. Moving on from her once nice den, she couldn't bare to live there anymore. She smiled at the other as she got closer. Something was different, but Sauda couldn't quite place it. She seemed to glow differently then before. Sauda was now only a few feet from her. "Nice to see you again!" she said with a nice big smile. "how are you?" She asked with a giggle. She wanted to say something on how she though she was different, but it'd seem silly if it wasn't true.
Plus, she really couldn't pin out WHAT was different. She pondered for a moment, then decided it probably wasn't important. It had been a while since they had seen each other last. Maybe a few months... She never was good about time, or days. An odd thing those were. "Fancy running into you!" She said. She hadn't ran into someone twice except with Letladika. Maybe another, but she wasn't really sure about that.

"Yeah, " Ylva chuckled awkwardly trying to seem like she was calm. Chuckling with Ylva was rare. The hyena bit her lip, what to do , what to say.
"I'm expecting ?" Her tone was in disbelief. Pups? On the way here? She still didn't believe it her self. She just couldn't believe such a farfetched truth. Her? A mother, that was a laugh on it self.
"G-guess your talk ... " Ylva looked down at her feet. This was awkward.

"Your expecting what?" Sauda asked her. Perhaps she was expecting someone else to come and Sauda should probably go on her way. She wasn't thinking about her friend and babies at all. For she said she wouldn't be a parent. At least not for a long while. "I can leave if your expecting someone else?" She said as she raised a brow at the other. She seemed weird maybe even scare a bit. "Are you alright? You look scared?" She asked.

Ylva couldn't help her self, she started to snicker and then laugh.
"NO no!" She waved a paw at Suada, " I don't want you to leave I'm not waiting on anyone. " Ylva took a few steps forward revealing her swollen gut.
"I m.. pregnant ... " She blushed , a very un ylva thing to do and looked up. "It... just sorta happened."

It was true. Sauda wasn't the sharpest tool in the shed. She felt stupid when she didn't get what she was talking about at first. "It explains your lovely glow about you! Not that you didn't have one before" She said with a giggle. "congrats! I bet they'll be so cute" she said happy. "Are you excited? I know I was with Seriti!" She couldn't hold it in. She grinned so hugely. She was happy for her friend. Though she hoped her friend was happy for herself. She remembered their last talk about how the other didn't want kids yet. But time flies by. Though, it had been a while since she had seen her. Time changes everyone eventually.

Ylva bit her lip some.
"Im not sure if Im excited." She was a little scared in all honesty. She was going to be a mother now... a mother? Her!? Well okay she wasn't all that bad.
"I don't want them to hate me..." The female admitted.

Sauda laughed. "You should be! It's not hard. It's a wonderful thing!" She told her new found friend. She was excited for her. Sauda loved raising her little girl. It was the best thing in the world. Of course, everyone was different, but she was sure Ylva would see join in them. "They won't hate you! Of course, they may say they do when they get older, but they don't mean it. It's just a faze. "
