Mashaka was away from his family, the way he preferred it. He had gotten up early and woken Kana, he wasn't sure where he wanted to go but he wanted away, but Kana was good company and he didn't feel like being alone. Now he was lazing under the wonderful afternoon sun.
"So Kana what do you want to spend the rest of your time doing this afternoon?" he asked. He was pretty easy going and was actually in a good mood which was strange. He rolled over to look at his sister, who looked so much like their father.

She looked to him curiously before taking a deep breath as she stretched out a little before looking to the sky letting out a small little hum. "I want to go somewhere where I can sing...somewhere I can dance and not have any fear of enjoying who I am." She said as she looked to her brother a moment before smiling as she jumped down from the rock she was perched on to sit o the ground as she licked out some of the fur on her chest.
Blue eyes scanned the area around her she was watching over another lioness as she stretched her legs. She never went to far from Bela. She had a great devotion to the female just like she had one for Rage and Ganny. Though this one she felt more for and she didn't understand to well why but then again she never thought to much on her bonds with her pride.
"Bela...There are children just to the north of us." She told the other female.
Dual colored red perked up at the sound of the words north and children. Her lips pulled back into a evil smile as she looked to the female as Mizu then chuckled as she hunched forward a little before letting out a fearsome roar as the two lipt apart before running towards the cubs.

Mashaka didn't even notice the two lionesses up higher then them to the south till he heard one let out a roar and then he turned and saw them running towards him and his sister. For once something ticked in him, it told him to protect his sister. It was strange really beacause he had never really felt any sort of kindness to a female before but now his insides were telling him to put his body between hers and theirs.
"Kana I don't know what they want. But they are coming at us fast." he said to her as he pushed her behind him. He was just a cub, but he was getting bigger everyday, normally he felt his size was enough to get him where he needed to be, but today he felt that he was not nearly large enough.

Kana watched them curiously as she nodded softly as she stayed behind him her ears rested against her head her tail wrapped around her securely. "Be careful Mashaka." She warned softly. "They might just want to take us don't do anything stupid." She said always seeming to be a bit wise for her years.
Mizu moved to circle around the cubs as Bela slowed down to a small trot to finally simple walk. She was elegant as she stepped forward to them. The air suddenly changed Bela was honestly trying to sooth the two cubs s she stopped several feet from the bowing lowly a she tossed back her fire printed mane.
"Hello little ones." She said out in a eerie chilling voice.
"Belial your scaring them." Mizu waned from behind the cubs seeing Kana shacking.

Mashaka kept his ears flat to his head, he heard his sisters warning, and perhaps these lionesses could be there escape but he had to know that they weren't going to hurt them yet. He tried to keep his cool when beginning to speak to them.
"Hello" he said to them, he was puffing out his chest to make sure they knew he was a man, a man that was in charge. "My name is Mashaka and this..." he gestured with his head without taking his eyes off the lioness, "is my sister Kana."

Kana moved slighlty turning her back to her brother to watch Mizu curiously. Her eyes where large taking in ever detail of the extremely large lioness she was even bigger then their father. She giggled softly thinking of what would happened if her father would do seeing them. It put a slight thrill in the small lioness.
Mizu tilted her head watched the little cub. "What so funny Kana?" She asked curiously as she laid out on the Savannah floor. She crossed her paws in front of her as she tilted her head curiously.
"Your bigger then our...father I would what he do if he saw you." She giggled softly.
Once she had said this both Mizu and Bela's eyes connected as their lips pulled back into a smile.
"Is that so? Well little Kana do you like your father?" Mizua asked curiously.
"Not really. I wish I went wish momma....Father always miss place's us to many children he has." She said spitting out the last part like it was a vile words.
"That is a shame." Mizu said before easily crawling closer and puling Kana into her arms as she rested there as she began to groom her. She began to let out a calming purr. "Little Kana would you like to come with me nd Bela? We would take care of you."

Mashaka sat down watching the whole thing play out in front of him. He couldn't believe it his sister was going to get an out, they were going to take out the one thing he liked in his family. He felt defeated, he looked up at the lionesses, all of them including his sister.
He didn't know what to do. He shot his eyes between them trying to take it all in, he cleared his throat quietly, in attempt to get a little attention his way. He wasn't use to having trouble getting attention, his colors usually did it all for him.

Kana looked to her brother before looking to the lioness. "Meshaka...can he come to? He won't stay he's a free spirit." She said softly s she leaned int the blue female. "But he won't let me go easily...He's a good brother he is." She said sweetly.
Bela came up behind Meshaka picking him up by the nape of his neck. "Come lets go." She said easily caring the still small to her cub over the great distance to their new home.
Mizu mimic Bela's actions taking the lioness cub and moved to walked beside Bela neither moved to quickly not wanting to toss the cubs abot but they didn't want to slow either.

Mashaka felt himself being whisked up into the air. He smiled, he was leaving he got the chance too. He was happy to travel in the large lionesses mouth, it would save time and after having to travel long distances in the past with his family when he was younger and smaller then this.
"Where are we going" he asked the lioness whose mouth he was in, he realized he had no idea what her name was. "Not that I care where we are going. Away, away away is good enough." He was smiling ear to ear. He tried to steal a glance towards his sister. Hoping that she was as happy as he was about this. He had to thank her, the lionesses might not have brought him if she hadn't piped up.

They soon stopped to rest at a small watering hole at the boarder of their lands. "Almost there" Belial told the cub as she moved over to the water first making sure there where nothing inside the depths. She then drank a little before letting out a huff letting the other know it was okay. She stepped back from the hole as she watched over the small part before the two lioness's picked up the cubs to leave.
"Just other the ridge is your new home." Mizu said letting Kana stretch her legs and walk beside her.
Kana ran a few steps ahead to look over the hill. Her eyes became wide as she looked at the large crater before her. She giggled as she looked to the lioness's a moment then her brother. "Oh Mashaka!!" She squealed out in delight before she began to bound down the the side of the crater to the center of the pride.

Mashaka smiled as the lioness put him down beside the water. He stood and stretched his legs, it had been a long time since he had been carried by his scruff specially for any kind of distant. He lowered his head after the lioness that had been carrying had cleared the water as safe and gulped some water down.
After getting his fill of water, he saw Kana running towards the ridge Mizu had pointed out. He gallopped up behind her, and shouted, "I will race you there!!" he had made it beside her, he was slightly bigger then her so he had a easier time closing the distance between them.
When he made it to the edge of the ridge he looked down into the crater that he was now going to call home, he let out a loud laugh and looked back towards the lioness that had brought him here with a thankful smile, this was awesome he thought, then he too began to run down the side into the center.. he wanted to see it all.

Kana smiled as she wran off after her brother giggling happily. Mizu and Bela both followed after the two cubs talking amongst themselves. That is when a loud roar. Bela's eyes light up as she began to run off ahead of them making the blue lioness chuckling softly.
"There she goes." she whispered before taking both cubs to her part of the crater to begin to tell them about their pride.
