Route 12 is a lengthy route also known as the Silence Bridge. It runs between Lavender Town and Route 13. In the middle there is a path to Route 11 as well. A SNORLAX IS BLOCKING THE JUNCTION BETWEEN THESE THREE POINTS.
YOU NEED A POKEFLUTE FROM Mr. FUJI IN THE TOWER TO MOVE SNORLAX. WHEN YOU MOVE HIM YOU MAY BATTLE HIM. SNORLAX IS LEVEL 30.http://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Route_12

Neoixan comes from Lavender Town and uses Pokeflute to wake up Snorlax. Neoixan enters battle. Snorlax - Lv 30 Vaporeon - Level 23 - 48 HP((7lvs difference.)) After a few hits back and forth, Laxin's surf wins and Neoixan uses a pokeball to catch it. She quickly remembers that she only has a pokeball left and returns to the town.

Neoixan starts on the Route. She picks up a Fishing Rod from the man near the bottom of the Route and returns back to battle the trainers. Neoixan challenges Fisherman 1.1 Tentacool - Lv 24Pikachu - Level 22 - 46 HPMichele managed to win and leveled up!
