(Gah I think i skipped this route on accident X_x glad to see i didn't miss any encounters tho.)
Cadi rode her bike through Route 4 since she was tired of walking. but she did pause for a moment when she saw something laying on the route.
She bent over and picked up a revive potion. She tucked it away in her backpack then quickly kept riding on towards the city to challenge the second gym leader.
