I am patient but short tempered. So when it comes to a guy stalking you for 2 months non-stop.... is bound to get on my nerves....quickly!
There is this guy I knew from high school named Andrew. No one really likes him...at all. He is mean, an animal abuser, a serious thief, always inflicting sexual harassment onto people, is racist to an extreme, and won't stop STALKING people!!!! Thats how is was in high school and still is. I couldn't stand him then or can I now. I am one of those people that won't judge a book by its cover and I also believe in giving people second chances.... but him... I should of known better. Argh... gonk
I moved out of my mother's houses on the first of july.(finally) My friend Alyssa was helping me move and she saw Andrew two house down from where I was moving. She called his name and he came over. ( DAMN HER!!!!!!!!) I was hoping he had changed and grew up...but I was wrong.

Andrew follows me all over the place. He found out where my mother lives, my newly re-united ex-boyfriend who is now my boyfriend again where he lives, and where my friend Alyssa lives. When he comes over and I am not there or pretending to not be there he goes over their houses looking for me. When I walk to the store he is suddenly behind me following me. And most of the time he rings the door bell and no one will answer.... he just stands outside the door for hours.... waiting... until he sees someone. He also just walks right on it in without knocking during the day and comes into my room without knocking. Andrew shows up a lot when he knows I am sleeping, comes in the house into my room and wakes me up. ( Everyone knows to NOT wake me up unless I ask them too because I am exactly like Yuki Sohma from fruits basket when it comes to being woken up when I have had a long night. I Don't get to sleep until 4.30am... and I have go get up at 6.30 to work.) He is always trying to touch me and trying to kill my dog. He says werid things to me all the time like " Why don't you duck tape yourself to the bed so I can do ya" or stuff like " Why don't you just beat the child you are baby-sitting until she is unconcious so we can play" crap like that. He seriously gets on peoples nerves...quickly. Even my cousin has cussed him out. When he isn't saying stuff like that he is threatening people... He just wont leave me alone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1 scream

One time he came into my room when I was changing my clothes. I almost hurt him... but I stopped myself. Then just the other day... he decided to walk into the bathroom when I was taking a shower. I was baby-sitting since that is my job, It was just me and my little 4 year old cousin. He just walks into the house and into the bathroom. He knew I was in there. I grabbed a towel and chased his sorry a** out of the house. Then yesterday he was outside the bathroom window trying to talk to me when I was in the shower. I seriously hate him!!!!! scream

Andrew is always trying to lock me in my bedroom ( There is a lock on the outside of the door) I have just about had it with him... The other day when he walked into the house to wake me up...I woke up in a blind fury...and grabbed him by his throat and choked him a little bit. Like I have stated before I am not the friendlist person when in a half-sleep half-wake state of mind. To make matters worst he.... LIVES ONLY 2 HOUSES DOWN FROM ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So getting a straining order would be moot point.
I apologize I just needed to get that off my chest. So does anyone have any advice about what to do about him... before I end up in the non-happy place. (Jail) because I am moments away from seriously hurting him.

I have taken anger management class when I was younger, but they didn't help...at all. In fact they kind of made it worst. I am working on my own way of calming down. ( Boxing gloves and a boxing bag) on the off hand that doesn't work videogames. I do not want to hurt anyone. I can normally get a long with people pretty easily. If I don't like someone I keep to myself and I stay polite with them... as long as I am able. If I cant I just leave to go be by myself.
I am a pretty open-minded person. I listen to what people have to say, I say what I think about what they said and try to see what they are saying from their point of view. So stuff like that doesnt bother. Just people like Andrew.... get to me....quickly.

Anyone whom I didn't want trespassing on my property would be shot because i'd deem them a potential threat, and that would fly in my state ^_^. Dunno about yours though o.O. Seems you got a serious issue that needs to be addressed seriously before all that pent up sexual frustration in that poor demented man leads to him seriously hurting you. The restraining order wouldn't be a moot point because it still makes his trespassing all the worse and he could actually do time for that. Now you say you like to be nice but sometimes that's not enough to keep psychos pacified. Theres no reason to live in discomfort in your own home just because some guy has an obsession with you, report his a**. Although there is a down side....if they question him and can't do nothing about it then he'll come with a more aggressive personality, that's generally the case with most crazies. So I suppose the best suggestion I can give is assess the situation, if he seems like a viable threat then report him, if he's just some punk with a hard on for tormenting people make your call there.
Note* Generally males don't come around much if they see getting hit in the nuts as a good possiblity.

Maybe you should get locks on your doors, and just tell him to stay out of your house/yard or you will call the police. Maybe he'll stop being such a douche if he's afraid he'll go to jail over it. I've known creepy stalkers like him before, but I always keep my house doors and car doors locked so that they cannot come in on their own.

I live in Michigan. That explains everything if you have been there and lived there. We do have locks on the door... but it was the one day that we had the door shut but unlocked. My cousin was expecting company that day.... so yeah...

Michigan laws are retarted. Example.... If someone was to break in your house....and you call the policed they can't do anything. The police said that you have to report a break in 2 hours BEFORE it happens. Like anyone is going to know that someone is going to break in.
another stupid thing about michigan with their law system... is that if someone was to break in your house and they get hurt breaking in, they can sue you for getting hurt. You'll get in trouble and they won't.

Someone could break into your house and purposely hurt themselves
just for the money.
and besides, if they're threatening your life
you should at LEAST have the right to defend yourself.

Michigan is... umm... dumb. If someone was to get shot or hurt by someone. the person that hurt them can plea insanity and get away with it. I would know... My brother went through it. He was stabbed...and the person that stabbed him got away with it by pleaing he was insane when he wasnt.
