Here lies the office of the Raikage. To get to his office which is at the top floor you must pass the receptionist and then knock on his door which is always closed.
At the top of the tower is a platform where the Raikage can train himself or others.

Zane the village Raikage stood in the middle of his office as he walked over to the window. There down below lied his village, the village that he was now in charge of taking care of. He sighed as he sat at his desk and began to work on the large amounts of paperwork.

"Zane-Sama I would like to be taught in the fine art of raiton style Jutsu," he said as he walked throught the doors. It was a complete mess with papers scattered everywhere.

"Because I was Looking for you," he screamed and wiggled around in her grasp. She was looking at him so he formed several more hand seals and his body flashed with light. She would be blinded for a minute or two and he might be able to escape.
