I've got a couple, mostly cause I've been looking into acoustic more recently. A couple from the Foo Fighters. They're pretty good, especially if you learn to sing them as you play.
-Everlong -Times Like These -My Hero -Learn To Fly
Also, there's Far Away by Nickelback, or Classico by Tenacious D...
There's a lot of good stuff out there. Lemme know if any of this is any good for ya.

Zeppelin has some good acoustic songs...
-Stairway to Heaven (Not challenging but fun) -Ten Years Gone -Babe I'm gonna Leave You
Those were the three that I could name off the top of my head

Anything acoustic that Opeth does is worth learning. Harvest has an acoustic part and there are other stuff they do that is just acoustic.

Harvest is a great one; pretty easy, too. And "Windowpane" sounds great acoustic. I haven't learned it yet, though.

Yea their great cause like they really are unique. I like acoustic songs like that...they put more value in the instrument than people usually do.

Oh dude! When it's acoustic it's all about your staple Boruee - Bach. The song EVERY guitarist should try at some point, if for no reason other than to shut people up at parties hen they say 'Jack Black and Kyle Gas are amazing guitarists'.
Not that their not fun, but their not 'amazing'... really...
