Okay, so, I was flipping back and forth between The Boondocks and Mind of Mencia (actually first time watching boondocks), when I hear Rise. I realize that it must be the opening for the new season of Stand Alone Complex, but as I watch, I see that it is different from the Japanese intro...very. I continue watching and feel super DejaVu-y and I realize that I've actually seen it before...from [LMF] actually xd Then a few minutes later I log onto gaia to write this. Discuss. -Changes between language versions. -Subs vs. Dubs -LMF -other stuff? ...I guess
...This is actually kind of pathetic on my part, but I actually don't own anything from 2ND GIG yet...
I want to get the Log thing for season one, then get the first two volumes of 2ND GIG special edition immediately after...
Well...I guess I'm going to be watching LMF and the subbed versions... (Anyone notice how the words in subs/dubs are completely different?)

I was born speaking english... and yes I am trying to learn japanese.. and sometimes I turn it to japanese because well.. I want to learn... or the voice actors are REALLY anoying (only example: D.N.Angel) but other then that... it's just to much trouble to listen in japanese...

It's worth it for Togusa's and Batou-san's voices alone. They are anything but annoying.

one thing I would like to note is that while it isn't very obvious... the tachikomas aren't in the same model.. they are in a slight modified version... which I think looks cool.... [/nerd note]

I love Togusa's voice, it's my favorite voice actor, Crispan Freeman, who also did Amon from Witch Hunter Robin, and Touga from Revolutionary Girl Utena. You can't be disappointed with anything he does.

necat ima little confused in the second gig....whats the purposes..i havent caught on crying ...they finished with the laughing man...no?...so what the point of this new season? stare yeah, they figured out most of the case for the laughing man. the new season is figuring out the intentions of a group called the individual eleven. by disc three you start to see whos involved with the individual eleven...

I missed a couple of the episodes. So I'm a little confused on things. I saw last weeks on Adult swim though.

I prefer english simply because I get confused reading the sub-titles. GITS is a show where you need your full attention on what is going on. With subs its more difficult. That's why I was so disappointed with GITS 2:Innocence. No english. It was extremely confusing, especially with all of the quotes form Philosophers and authors.
