I'd have to say Gold Chocabo (had one once), Highwind or Tiny Bronco...if it could fly.
It just looks cool and it's in Cid's background piccy. xd 3nodding

apparentally there a way to get the tiny bronco flying, but it means you cant have the highwind 3nodding

I liked the submarine the most. It's cool to travel underwater. However, the Lil' Bronco is my least favorite. It was annoying to have a plane as a boat that you can't travel anywhere with. stare

i like the motorcycle the best. only because i love the mini game. it's fun. and i like the music that plays during it.

I like the Highwind and a Gold Chocobo the best. I think I prefer the Highwind a little more because it is faster. I love the music that plays when you are flying around in the airship.
