
It was a new day and Ostara's adventure continued. She hoped that today would be the day she found that something, but logic reminded her of the improbabilities. If traveling through the mountains, part of the forest and plains was clue enough - she had quite the journey to complete. Recently, she decided to venture deeper into the forest. She strode through the broad green trees, determined to make some distance.
And before the rosy mare knew it she was lost deep in the woods. The sun that had been spilling through the canopy was completely blotted out now. It was as dark as night. A rumble erupted from her belly and 'Stara jumped, startled. Her stomach growled and twisted with the beginnings of hunger. She looked about the forest, looking for some berry bushes or edible plants and saw none. The mare sat down on her haunches disappointed with her predicament, "Now what am I to do?"
