As a f2p I don't want to deal with mining nor smithing. So
I am going to focus on these little goals.
July, for sure. I am going to be a member again but I don't know when in July. I am thinking about finishing my f2p goals.

I haven't been on as much.
When I am, I am doing a slayer task of vampires. I find them fun, but plain. I haven't gone penguin hunting for 2 weeks, so lost a lot of exp in hp or prayer.
I need to do that one quest to get slayer points. As much as I hate slayer, I need green charms. So yeah, so, I rather train a three skills at once you know. (Combat skill, hp, and slayer)... with the possiblity of prayer.
I still need to go mining, but after the release of the dragon pickaxe there are going to be a lot of miner showing off the new red shinny object. How fun. -.-' So, I just wait on that.

I am hardly on, and I am on I am slaying! I got lvl 81 attack yesterday. Woot woot. I have 3 more slayer tasks to go before I start getting slayer points. I don't know what to go for with my points.
Slayer Mask learning?

First I unlocked slayer rings - they're teleport devices to get you to and from certain slaying areas - the slayer cave, Sumona in Pollineavich, and slayer tower in Canafis being only three of them.
Then I unlocked the slayer helm. Afterwards, I went for fletching broad bolts and arrows. I'll give you a tip about these too - DON'T fletch the arrowtips when you get them as drops. Once you fletch them, the arrows are untradeable. The bolts, however, are tradeable after you fletch them.
After all that, I save up to block dragon tasks (100 points and you can block dragons - yay!), or avoid tasks for 30 points. Right now I'm just keeping about 100 points on hand so I can block an unwanted task if I get one. And I'm buying runes with whatever I have left over.

I really need to get those boots from the Fremmy. It's the only diary series that I havn't even done all the easy tasks yet.
I also need to kick myself in gear and beat Rat Catchers so Ican get my fally shield. xD
