And it wasn't even that he didn't enjoy his time with his mommies, for he certainly did! However after sitting for so long his young legs were tight, his paws feeling the need to dance and move. So Keshet had bolted off as soon as he was allowed, eyes searching for one of his many sisters. He really just wanted to play today!-

Izumi was where she normally was... some place out of the way, but not too far from where her mommies where. She wasn't inclined to play or romp with her siblings, but the dangers of going off all by herself had managed to get impressed on her. Thus she sad, just out of the way, and stared up at the sky, watching the clouds swim through the blue while green leaves stroked them lovingly.
As per usual, of course, she was day-dreaming, imagining the clouds as fish and the sky as a vast pond of water. Occasionally, something... else would flash before her eyes, but not knowing what those things were, she tended to ignore them. She only payed any attention when it was something interesting to a young cub like her. That, and the clouds formed such funny shapes that she was far more intent on them and deducing just what they looked like to her.
The fast patter of paws nearby hardly penetrated her dreaming, one blue ear flicking back before perking up again. Whoever it was would probably keep on going, just like everyone else. She'd found if she stayed still and quiet, she was mostly ignored.

-One nice thing about the pride.. was that it was rarely hard to find someone even in the dense jungle. The bright and unnatural hues of the typical coat stood out nicely against the greens of foliage. So when a small sploch of blue peeking out of the green touched his eye Keshet slowed to a stop, taking a second look. Flower or friend?
His nose lifted, trotting forward as he took sniffs at the air. If learned well, it would be a good trick when he was older, but for now he just looked silly.. like usual.
It was pretty easy to pick out the familar scent and.. as he drew nearer, pelt of his solitary sister. Too excitable and and affectionate to just let her be and enjoy her day, he bounded up loudly, giving her a toothy grin as he announced his presence.- "Hi Izumi!!"

Izumi started as a bright pink shape burst out of the undergrowth at her, interrupting her day dreaming.
"Keshet!" The blue cub gasped, blinking quickly to try to orient herself back in the real world even as visions still danced before her eyes. It was a tad disorienting, seeing two things overlaid. For a moment, she half thought her brother was part of the vision, but it faded too quickly for her to be sure.
"Um... hi. What are you doing, um... out here?" She said, unsure if she really wanted to know. Would he leave faster if she worked him through what it was he wanted, or would it be faster to ignore it?
