Okay I have listened to the entire album, and I gotta say ICP have definately come through with this album. This CD has somethin for everybody, but if you want the classic ICP style, go with the red version. My full review on Bang Pow Boom: The intro was fresh, kinda reminded me of a jokers card, creepy freak show was dope, in yo face was dope, the bone was dope, zombie slide I loved it reminded me of headless boogie, to catch a predator was ******** wicked! Boing boing, the beat reminded me of bugs on my nutz and the whole song reminded me of lil somethin somethin. I found a body beatwise it sounded like the dead one. The song was dope. Love was decent, fonz pond was ******** wicked. Imma kill u reminded me of amazing jeckel brothers, Juggalo Island made me laugh cause it reminded me of the Beach Boys you know that song place called Kokomo, but it was dope though. Vultures was alright, I ******** loved Vera Lee, it reminded me of Amy's in the attic and cemetary girl. Miracles was dope cause it reminded me of a mixture of pass me by and nothings left. And last but certainately not least the title track I loved, the beat is happy and go-lucky yet the lyrics are dark and grim. And the hidden track Go Shaggs was dope cause it reminded me of all the songs Shaggys done, Get off me dog, ******** off, and the others escaped me for the moment but no matter! Overall Bang Pow Boom is a good album, it tops the Tempest, it has Rich Murrel aka Legs Diamond returns in the skits, but no Willabe Rags!!! Oh well maybe he will be in the next album.

I haven't had the chance to listen to it yet. I pre-ordered the three different versions from Hatchetgear, but it did not arrive today. Maybe tomorrow? Anyway, your review has me very excited. I know a lot of los and lettes were complaining about the sampler and such, but I thought it sounded pretty fresh.

Thanks ninja, yeah I know alot of los and lettes were complaining about the sampler, one thing is for sure though: ICP definately fooled all those people into thinkin it was the Tempest part 2 xd Once again theyre not sorry if they tricked you! And I too liked the sampler, I got mine for free at Hot Topic, and when I went to buy Bang Pow Boom at Best Buy, some staleness happened I got bitched at for cutting in line, most people in the line were carrying three or four items, so I figured if I asked one of them if I could go on up, it would be okay. Wanna bet? It wasnt okay, in fact the people in the line were so ******** snobby they didnt even let me pass, in fact they pretended like I wasnt even there... so then I just said ******** this s**t, I'm cuttin in line, ******** these richy assholes! There was only one cashier in the whole ******** store that day!!! And the b***h acted like she didnt even wanna wait on me! Oh my god I was so pissed I just dropped the CD and said "******** this I'll get it at Hot Topic!" Then I went to Hot Topic I told the two chics I know in Hot Topic they thought that it was buuuuulllllshit about that s**t happening to me. But that day wasnt completely ruined, I got a Twiztid W.I.C.K.E.D. poster with the purchase of my Bang Pow Boom CD. ninja

But as far as I am concerned the Dark Carnival never left, it was always there, even in the Calm , The Tempest, hell even in the Eye of the Storm. Hence my theory: Now that all 6 jokers cards have fallen the end of time will consume us all! The Calm, The Tempest, and the Eye of the Storm, was a representation of the end is near kind of thing, and Bang Pow Boom, is a representation of the end of the world.

I pretty much only dug like 1/3 of the album. Concept is there. Beats are there. Lyrics got pretty cheesy at alot of moments. Alot of it sounded like J was trying to hard and was a failed attempt at the old s**t. I feel like this album mostly was for the younger, newer juggalos. And how the hell are they gonna steal Pokemon's marketing plan: red, blue, and green? lol. It also sounded too PG13 for my liking. They shoulda called this album Snap Crackle Pop. haha. I really miss the old days. Like the Joker's Cards era. Great times. Not so many sheep a** juggalos around then

Not so many sheep a** juggalos around then Maybe thats what the next album is gonna be called lol Snap Crackle Pop thats funny, but hey Bang Pow Boom still tops the Tempest. And merchalos thats all there are anymore, you have these mainstreamers buying hatchetman shirts and ICP shirts but they dont even know who the ******** ICP is or what the hatchetman is, they just like the pretty colors and the cool designs. I know this 'cause I was in the mall one time I walked up to this kid who had a hatchetman cap and hatchetman charm on, and I said "What up ninja" The kid looked at me like I was from another planet or some s**t. I'm sick of all these mainstream ******** buying our s**t, but hey you gotta get your s**t out there some way right? And besides when it comes right down to it, most of those mainstreamers will find out what ICP is and what they represent, then the next thing ya know, every time they see a juggalo or juggalette they'll say "ICP sucks" or some s**t. But on that same token, alot of los and lettes that we have never known will emerge, alot of untapped los and lettes will rise. Thats the way I look at it.

I definitely wouldn't say it was the best ICP album out there, but it was still pretty good. Actually a lot of the cheesiness DID remind me of the ol' joker cards. rofl Nice connecting it to pokemon. Totally didn't think of that. I think it's kind of an elitist thing when juggalos and lettes bring up how the old joker cards were so awesome and how ICP is sounding softer and such. I don't really think it's fitting for a juggalo to be acting all "ima better than you" to all the new folks. They're fam, so what if they're new. Most of them have joined the fam cos of the joker cards. No sh!t the old joker cards are awesome. We all know that. Doesn't mean that everything after that has to be cookie cutter. I like that they're exploring other sides of their music. I like that they're coming out with new music period. But I guess if the creators of our favourite CDs and record label aren't good enough, then there is always Twiztid. They're doing really f*cking well with bringing the wicked sh!t. Although I've heard tons of "fam" complain up a storm about them too lately. There's too much hate going on now. It saddens me.

You know the Tempest was a good album, but it wasnt part of the jokers cards, the jokers cards era is over, and now ICP is just expanding their ideas, without selling out to the MTV crowd. But the point of it is, that alot of people that buy hatchet gear now, they just buy the shirts without actual wealth of knowledge of ICP or Psychopathic. They just buy the shirts 'cause of the designs of the jokers cards or the design of the Hatchetman, and some kids just buy hatchet gear just to destroy it 'cause theyre punk-asses, I have proof 'cause I was walking by a skate park and these kids that just bought an ICP t-shirt were ripping it to shreds, and one time I was in Hot Topic, and the people at HT gave these kids Bang Pow Boom samplers, right after they left HT, the same kids they took the CDs out of the packages and broke them in half, it tore my heart inside to see those kids do that....

When it comes to ICP, who knows what they'll do, but the Jokers Cards are done, maybe they are making more Dark Carnival characters, who knows.

I kind of doubt that they'll make any more jokers cards, but they could probably pull it off. But then of course everybody would be complaining about how they were so different from the originals.
As for people buying from hatchetgear... It definitely annoys me when people buy band shirts and stuff when they don't even know anything about it. For instance, I had a friend who got a misfits wallet cos he thought it looked bamf right after dissing them a week before. But I guess he's a bad example cos he's a big hypocrite anyway xd . Alas, it is a free country though and people can do what they want. Those kids that bought a shirt just to destroy it are definitely punk-asses. Who the f*ck would put money into something to destroy it? Total f*cking idiots. That would've killed me too, to see those kids break the samplers in half. I'd definitely "have a word" with them if I saw that.

It saddens me. its not an 'elitist' thing bro. listen to the jokers cards, and hell, why not some of the FF's. And ICP in Lotus. Its kinda hard to be wicked when you're 35, have a full family, and no longer have to work much for your money. And yes, Twiztid is still to this day doing an amazing job and btw - speaking ones opinions doesn't make them an 'elitist', just cuz the newer juggalos like the calm and after s**t
