This area is just a place to gather all the questions and answers that have been seen recently within the Threads of Souls Manifest. Have a question that's not here? Simply post in this thread and it will be answered!

For humans, their Magika energy is only realised when their Daemon is fully realised. Some may gain small Magika energies when their Daemon is at True Form, but the majority will gain it at Inner Manifestation. That is one thing I'd like to keep to a minimum.
> Why can't Daemons talk to other Humans? <
In HDM, the Daemons can sometimes talk to other Humans, however, in this shop, the Daemons will talk to each other, and then the messages will be passed on that way. ie. Human A's Daemon tells Human B's Daemon something important, then Human B's Daemon tells Human B the important information
> How about some animals are sentient, speaking or not? <
There are no sentient beings other then Humans in this world. I just don't want to have to deal with their customs and such as well as the Humans and Daemons.
> If this world was not discovered by ANY adventurer with the subtle knife, how was it affected by the travel of the "dust" or "magika" in the first place? <
It is true that the migration of Dust/Dark Matter/Magika, whatever it is you want to call it, affected ALL realms, as it was not bound by the means of Humans changing realm. It was all forced to migrate the the great tear that Asriel caused, and thus, it affected ALL places. Natural windows, as Setsu said, is a rather effective way of explaining it, else, you could say about a permeable membrane, that only allowed small things through without the need for a 'channel' or hole.
> How can my character afford to come to Jaradin when the are so poor? <
Jaradin College is a free school, to help the younger generations loose the instilled fear of the Daemons that occured during the Panic. Scouts are sent out to find newly manifested children and teenagers, and they will generally be the tool to bring them to the College, however, some families choose to send their children on, whether it be due to issues within the family, or an inability to look after them if the parents have died, etc.
> Can I create a new country/city/village/county for my character to have originated from? <
Yes indeed you can! As long as you provide a lot of the extra details, we will have your new place added to the individual maps of regions so that in the future you can point it out.
> Do Daemons need to eat? <
Though many will, it is not necessary for them to do so in order to live and thrive.
> Can elephants be daemons? <
They can, if you want an Elephant as a Daemon XDD However, your character will probably spend most of their time outside, as the Elephant Daemon won't fit into buildings when they get to their most physical form.
> Is there a limit to what type of animal a daemon can be? Like, can there be aquatic daemons? <
Technically, aquatic animals can be Daemons, though would probably prefer to be water bound so as not to cause stares. This would mean that really large aquatic animals such as whales and sharks would probably not be Daemons for... 'normalities' sake. Small fish, such as Koi, Fantails and other, small tropical fish, could, technically, be Daemons, and they would, in public, be in a water bag (like you'd get your fish in at the pet shop) or even a manageable tank, or bowl, that can be carried. Otherwise, I don't really know... if people can think of a reason why such a massive water-bound creature should be a Daemon, I'd be willing to listen to their reasoning.

All are capable of floating to some degree, but if someone were to want an aquatic Daemon, it would be a very difficult situation, as though they don't necessarily need the water to survive, like Daemons in general don't need food and water to survive, they would look very out of place, and it could even be considered as a fault to have an aquatic Daemon that isn't in water. Its just something that will have to be thought through in more detail if someone were to ever want an aquatic Daemon. Its just something I think most people will avoid, due to the complications.
> For the 'appearance' information for the Daemons, do you want to know what their daemon specifically looks like? Or just a picture in reference to the animal? <
The more information you give, the more likely it is that your Daemon will be exactly as you want it. If you can give reference images, scientific names and the like, then do it, and you will get a much closer Daemon to your ideals then if you only gave a few details.

Yes! They can even have both jobs alongside each other. It would just mean they'd have a busy schedule. Scouts tend to be ex-students that want to help others get the level of education they have, or else, students that really don't have anywhere else to go after Jaradin, and thus, work for Jaradin to stay within its walls.
