So i kno everyone in ohio has atleast herd of the BEST BAND IN THE LAND aka Ohio University Marching 110
Well on September 5 they are holding their annual "Band Day" where they invite high school bands to come and play with them at halftime...
For the past three years My Band Director has Taken us down there
I was wondering If any of ur schools are gonna be there xD
If so i hope u enjoy it...its a wonderful experience xD

Actually, we are going up there for the Buckeye Invitation on the 3rd of October. Is that what you are talking about? If so, we are the Clinton-Massie marching band down in the Cincy-Dayton Metro area. I march Tuba, hope to see you there biggrin oh shi-, the 5th? lol it is the 16th already, sorry biggrin

heh. im from middletown. xD we hav a dumb mascot. the middie man, but it used 2 b a wizard. :/ maby thats y our trailers still hav a wizard an says middie magic. lol.

I thought the Ohio State University Marching Band was The Best Damn Band in the Land? wink
(Actually, we call ourselves that in our band too, but then we did steal adopt a lot of traditions from Ohio State...)
I never got to do Band Day in high school, but now that I'm in college we have high schools come and play with us and it's a lot of fun, so I definitely recommend it!

My band,Rhythm in Blue is a first year band so our lead trombone player showed us a video of The Best Band in the Land! we attempted to do their march but its was a fail.the trombones (there are two)hit each other and i nearly got decapitated.Oh yea,i live in Cincinnati.Yay Ohio!

Well we didn't go to that (cause its now December) and actually I'm surprised my director didn't bring it up, he practically worships Ohio University! A few years ago they were the guest band at a band spec and he made us listen to them warm up. Not to mention our band is practically a mini clone of OU, I go to Berea.

I LOVE IT! My cousin, who is actually a band director (Be jealous), showed me that. Anyhow, I'm in the ZHS band (Zanesville High School) in Ohio.
