today i got engaged! we had picked out the ring and gotten it weeks ago and i told him he could propose to me whenever he wanted as long as it was before november. well he chose today! the ring looks amazing and i cant stop looking at it ^.^
the wedding will be in 2 years since im a bridemaid in my friend's wedding next summer and i need to help her plan so that will give me time to help my friend and plan my own wedding. i want it to be in the fall sometime because we both have bad allergies to pollen and pine
i want a custom cake topper though, one with an elf with blue hair and the boy being a vampire. if anyone knows anywhere to get custom cake topper that will help lol
well needless to say im very very happy ^.^
his new nickname is honey bunches of future husband lol

lol, hey, i know what i want XD ok so i now have pics of the ring uploaded. there is also a pic of my fiance in there too http://viewmorepics.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=user.viewPicture&friendID=41725231&albumId=2971546and im all stressed out already lol. im thinking of doing a nature theme, using small trees as center pieces or something. also by the time of the wedding ellie my ball python will be an adult so maybe she will be at the reception and i want loads of vines, some in my hair and quite a few in all the flowers. so far my sister is hating the ideas but hey, its my wedding right?

ive decided that my bridesmaids will have brown dresses, i still want to see the color on my brides maids just to make sure
also my fiance and i have been adding some pagan ideas to our wedding, nothing too weird, just going back to the roots of normal wedding traditions.

this is going to be an update thread for the next 2 years, just watch lol
dresses are going to be a mint green until i change my mind again lol
and i tried on dresses 2 weeks ago and i cried lol, i also found a style i really liked. i still want to take my father with me for dress trying ons because well, he is my only parent and his opinion is the most important to me
and my fiance hates normal looking cakes gonk he wants something with corners and i loathe corners on cakes. im hunkering down for our first fight lol

I like the idea of an elf and a vampire cake toppers. I don't know what we are going to have as our cake toppers one day. Maybe angels? Ben has a thing for angels.

he loves vamps and i love elves also we are thinking of doing a clock themed cake. we both love clocks (i even collect them) @ sky angels sound nice
