A good friend of mine is in Queen Anne's County and she got the idea to get a group of Bleach characters together to crash the local Firemen's Carnival. This year, it is over, but she wants to get a group together for next July. She said that she figures that the night for fireworks is probably good. As information becomes available, I will post it.

ΐnғormaτıon LOCATION: Unknown just yet, will post an address once possible.
DATE: It looks like it'll probably be the Wednesday before Otakon, which is July...*looks at a calendar* 28, it seems. I'm not sure about much of that, of course. We'll see.
TIME: Most likely about 7:00 pm until 11:00 pm, I think.
MEETING PLACE: I'm assuming the Bingo Tent, depending on where it is. I will scope that out on the first day because the fireworks night is usually the night before the last. Also, we're likely to have a before-party...
ITEMS REQUIRED: Costume (Which will be worn) and CAMERAS. Both picture and video. Cell phones wouldn't be a bad idea either. WE'RE CRASHING THE CARNY NEXT YEAR!
APPLYING: Post the name of the character you'll be playing along with a picture of yourself as said character on the thread or PM it to me. I'm just the middleman, not the one in charge, so she will compile a roster.
QUESTIONS: Post any and all questions on this thread. I will post the question and answer on the thread, in the FAQ post, and through PMs to you.
MONEY: Okay, the carnival isn't too bad. You see, if you buy an unlimited ride bracelet, it's 20 dollars and you can ride anything there. Also, food is a bit expensive, so I would eat before coming. As far as games, it's mostly 3 or 5 dollars a game. Not bad, huh? Bingo is 10 cents a card for normal games and 25 for special. Okay, enjoy!

Tentative Agenda 5:30 – Party ---------------- At the party, we will pass out the shirts, the ribbons, arrange the groups, explain everything, exchange cell numbers, chat, and *possibly* watch Dir En Grey perform (hahaha, yeah right). Location of part is unknown, though I’m thinking about having it at the park so that we can just walk across the street.
6:00 – Carnival ------------- At this time, we will go to the carnival. It will probably be a walk across the street, so not to worry much about it. It will just take a while to get everyone across, amount of people pending. The first thing we’re doing is getting our ride bracelets. And then we’ll organize who goes where.
10:30 – Photo Shoot ------- For the last half-hour, we will all be in one place so that we can let people take pictures of us and so that we can get pictures of ourselves. Of course, it will be dark. Originally, I was thinking about making it the first half-hour, but that won’t work too well, so we’ll find a spot behind the carnival (the grassy area) and get that over with.
