The high streets is the nickname given to the area where the rich generally reside. It's filled with fancier homes, spas, foreign restaurants and other things to appeal to the wealthy population of St.Eva.

Roxanna walked into her home, leaving the funeral, the body guards, and other cares behind as she tossed off her shoes and shawl, and made her way to the large pool in the back yard. She cared little what the neighbors thought, as she dropped herself into it still clothed in the black silk of a widow.
The water moved around her, embracing her in its familiar chill. Her eyes closed as she sought out to listen. She looked for Marcus Shippe, she looked for a few others. But mostly she looked for the keepers, or one specific keeper whose voice held a sharpness and a cold laugh.

Marcus... Well, Marcus was at his home, now, separated from his body guard, but pouring over a wall of clipped newspapers and pictures, each one with a drawn line leading to the next, and so on. Especially intent, Marcus was, on a picture of Nicholas and the young lady he had seen taunting Roxanna. He stood, staring, and puzzling for some time.
Lou, on the other hand, was on his way to Roxanna's home to spy on her.

Without any conversation, searching for Marcus was useless to Roxanna, and she quickly abandoned the task. However, if Lou were to come spy on Roxy in her pool, he might easily mistake her process as an attempt to drown herself. >.>'

Eulalia Danae Without any conversation, searching for Marcus was useless to Roxanna, and she quickly abandoned the task. However, if Lou were to come spy on Roxy in her pool, he might easily mistake her process as an attempt to drown herself. >.>' It took minutes for Lou to make his way to Roxanna's home. Quickly, quietly, and discreetly, he scaled the outer wall of her home, clinging to shadows and staying out of sight. Once high enough, he spotted Roxanna. And the sight made his heart jump. Marcus was right! Someone HAD tried to kill her! Lou leapt from the wall, and hit the ground, rolling to his feet, clearing the yards to the pool in seconds. The larger man thrust his arms into the water, hauling Roxanna out swiftly. "Miss Roxanna! Miss Roxanna! Are you awake?"

Roxanna let out a loud horrified shriek, echoing well over into the streets as she was pulled out, her concentration breaking with a blinding pain. That was answer enough that she was indeed awake.

Eulalia Danae Roxanna let out a loud horrified shriek, echoing well over into the streets as she was pulled out, her concentration breaking with a blinding pain. That was answer enough that she was indeed awake. Lou replied with a scream of his own, falling backwards and staring at Roxanna, blinking. "I am so sorry, Miss. Marcus was worried you were in danger, I saw you in the pool, and I-I....!"

"And why were you spying on me?" Lou paused, and took a deep breath. "Marcus wanted me to make sure you were okay. He thinks that woman from the funeral is going to come after you, next, and he wanted me to keep you safe."

Roxanna tried to straighten her dress, the fabric sticking uncomfortable close in its wet state. "His concern is becoming a tad bit unnerving even."

Once he convinces himself that there's danger, he'll jump at anything that even looks dangerous. It took me forever to convince him that the Irish weren't poisoning the water supply. He's worried for you, Roxanna."
