I don't think there would be a fight. Skinner would probably see a confrontation coming and just cave in.

Skinner used to be a Green Beret, so that's got to count in his favour, but then, Comic Book Guy has knowledge of fighting styles used in movies and comics.
Therefore, I vote Skinner. cool

For both I'd vote Skinner. Skinner is a character who has actually evolved from just being a one-dimensional one trick pony. Personally, I don't like Comic Book Guy and I can't relate to his one-sided geekness. And hey, I'm a huge geek. I just got over his joke angle a long time ago.
Skinner actually has some emotion to him and I relate more to his "geekiness" more than CBG.

I think that Comic Book Guy would have to actually push Skinner around for a bit before Skinner would actually do anything, although in the end Skinner was in war and in war he was a green beret hence he'd win in the end.

Comic Book Guy for two reasons.
1. He doesn't need his mother to decide everything for him
2. He can sit on Skinner and that'd probably be the end of the fight. xd
