*going all smart a** on this topic* Technically, the Big Daddy's Flesh is infused together with thier suit...so they cant take off the helmet....
BUT! I'm going to pretend that thier flesh isn't infused.
It's Darth Vader under there.

I think I saw a theoretical picture of a Big Daddy's face somewhere... it looked kinda like a whale had mated with a slug and produced an offspring with too many eyes...

What if there are female Big Daddy's too? Just because the name of the character is "Big DADDY" doesnt mean that there cant be a woman in the suit... I mean, it could be a cross-dressing female Big Daddy... Idk, but if there was a caring Big Daddy, i think he would look like Bono from U2. If it was a muderous, rampaging Big Daddy; i think it would look like Hitler. And if it was a female, i think Rosie O'Donnel. XD
