I just denied two hopeful entrants into the guild.
The reason?
They already couldn't follow our rules.
Our homepage asks that you post "Hail Durem" in the request message to make sure you've read our rules.
Neither of them did.
From now on, if a post doesn't say "Hail Durem", don't even bother with it, just deny them.

Thank you for doing what you did, i knew there would be people that just type anything attempting to get in.. "I thought this is where i belong" , " I'm a vampire. " , "I'm a noob that will never post here after i'm accepted"..Blah Blah Blah..
Despite the addition of the Rules i still think there will be inactive new members..

Well that's obvious. The point that we're trying to make is that you must follow the rules. (I'm not one to talk really on rules but that's not the point.) I mean of course there will be inactive members. Some of the members we have that were once on alot of the time are now gone. Valagra has been a bare minimum above inactive for awhile now but she used to come on all the time. Inactivity comes as peoples tastes waver. but when the taste comes back they'll be back. Theres just not much we can do to change that.

Then perhaps using a certain form to address them with.. Something like:
"You are currently at risk from being removed from our Guild, A Nightmare In Blood. Reason: Inactive. To stop this process please go to the Guilds home and see what you can do to stop it.."
Not sure if thats what we want to use but its just an idea.

That sounds appropriate and could be used for multiple purposes such as not following the rules and threatening and causing disruption within and to the guild and/or it's members.

Yeah the "Reason: -" section can be changed depending on the 'crime' to the guild.

Bitinged Yeah the "Reason: -" section can be changed depending on the 'crime' to the guild. It seems fitting. And since your el capitan you could prolleh set it up. Just kind of make a few PM's to the Vice regarding the new system and it should be set to go as far as I see it. I also think it should only be within the authority of the Vice to send out these notices. That being since savants really don't have much of the say so right as you and the Vice.

I will wait for the council's full approval first. I do not wish to start this without anyone being aware fully first.
