when: day 11 to however long it takes to find him
who: ozzie and anyone else who wants to participate (currently asher, nicky and serena)
current location (for those who want to join in mid-rp) : the thousand-foot cliff/lake
biiig ooc note: axl is currently in possession of steggy, however the only person who knows this at this time is axl. this means that the group won't find him unless they come across axl, but please do not rp your camper as knowing this unless they personally come across axl.
 ozzie returned from the 1000-foot-tall cliff to the main part of camp. he found a soft patch of grass to sit on in the area between the three cabins and planted himself there. he wanted to be in an easily accessible place in camp while he gave the other campers time to see his flyers and come find him. he hoped there would be at least a few campers willing to look for steggy.
he hoped that the had posted enough flyers up. he tried to cover as many parts of the camp as he could while still keeping a few handy to give to fellow searchers to pass out.
as he waited, he started to hum to himself to pass the time. after several moments, he started to sing softly to himself.
"here's a story 'bout steggy the plush
he's got plates on his back and spikes on his tush
he tags along with ozzie wherever he goes
with a belly full of beans and a stitchy nose

 Happy to have the day off (and not be imprisoned in a cage), Asher was practically skipping back to his team's cabin. He had just taken a shower and wasn't sure what he planned to do next.
Huh. That's funny. I hear singing... he thought as he approached the cabin. It wasn't very loud and he almost thought he was just imagining it. This camp was making him crazy enough, after all.
Thankful that he actually wasn't crazy just yet yet, he soon found the source of the singing. It was another audio. He looked familiar, so he must have been a camper, but Asher couldn't quite figure out just who exactly this particular camper was.
"Whatcha singing?" Asher asked with a grin. The other audio seemed nice enough.

ozzie glanced over at the newcomer, blushing. "oh, ju-just a song i made up about my best friend steggy. i lost him a few days ago 'n i posted up a bunch of flyers all over camp 'n now i'm waiting in case anyone sees the flyers 'n wants to help me look for him."

 Since earlier that day, after a shower, Nicky had been looking for Ozzie, his snake friend looking for the plushie(at least Nicky thought), he had started to heads the lake when he heard singing. He looked around for the source, his eyes landing on two audio, one a member of his team and the other...."Are you Ozzie?" He asked, going over.

"y-yep, i am. didja see one of my flyers?" he asked hopefully. "have you seen steggy around anywhere?" he was hopeful that after such a short time he already had several campers approach him. this was a good sign, right?

Oh man, from the way Ozzie was acting, Nicky didn't think he'd be able to tell him that he hadn't. His ears drooped a little. "Well, no, I was actually looking to ask if you'd like help finding it." Though he couldn't get it out of his head that he had seen the stuffed dino before, and not too long ago.

ozzie squeaked - actually squeaked - at the camper's query. "re-really? you wanna help look? sure, i'd love any help you'd like to give me! thanks, uh....um....'m sorry, what's your name?"

That squeak was....it was pretty cute actually, though it made him wonder if Ozzie hadn't expected any sort of help. Oh! He hadn't told him his name had he? He smiled at Ozzie, secretly happy he had possibly made a friend. "It's Nicky." He felt a tug at his shirt, and looked to see the snake wanting to be noticed. He turned just enough so the snake was visible. "He wants to introduce himself too, I think. He doesn't have a name yet though."

"it's nice to meet you, nicky." ozzie slightly smiled, shyly blushing. he then noticed the snake pulling on nicky's clothing. "o-oh, um...hi there, snake?" he was a bit wary, but this camper seemed to know the snake and it looked as if he wasn't injured, and he didn't see a hood or rattle, so ozzie cautiously reached out a paw and patted the snake on the top its head.

He hoped that it wouldn't bite, and thankfully (for Ozzie's sake and Nicky's nerves) it allowed Ozzie to pet it. As if suddenly realizing something terrible, Nicky turned to the other young perma. "I'm so sorry! I haven't said a thing to you this whole time! I had just got excited I found Ozzie a---" He blushed, realizing he had started to ramble. "A-anyway. Were you going to help too?" He asked curiously.

"Oh! You're the one who posted those flyers?" Asher grinned, glad to know that mini-mystery was solved. Of course Steggy, the best friend dinosaur, was yet to be found. He frowned. That dinosaur seemed so familiar, but he just couldn't place where he'd seen it before.
Temporarily lost in thought, Asher didn't even notice the second audio show up. He was too busy trying to remember where he'd seen Steggy. Finally he snapped back to reality when the second audio addressed him. "Huh? Yeah, sure! I'll help if you want me to," he responded with a smile. He might as well figure out where he'd seen Steggy before, it was going to bother him for quite a while if he didn't.
"Is that your pet?" he asked, referring to the snake, "He's such a pretty color!"

ozzie was close to bubbling inside. his flyers were working and he already had two helpers for his search (three if you included nicky's snake).
"th-thanks a bunch, you guys. it means a lot to me that you wanna help me find him. i just wanna wait a bit more to see if anyone else comes by 'n then we can start the search. i lost him off of the cliff on the first day, so i figured we could start there. maybe he got washed ashore under a bush or something. i just hope those horrible sharks didn't get to him!"
(ooc - a.k.a. timeer is heading off to her best friend's house for a sleepover and will be afk until tomorrow night)

He wasn't mad? That made Nicky feel a little better at least. "Yeah, well, he followed me,so I guess so." He turned back to Ozzie when he heard the boy speak. "Okay then. Hopefully he just washed up on shore." And that maybe a camper had found the little stuffy,Nicky hoped,otherwise Ozzie would be crushed.

ozzie was getting anxious. he wanted to wait for more people, but then again he hadn't put a meeting time or place anywhere on the flyers, and he might have more luck if they moved on, rather than stick in this one place.
"o-okay, i think we could get a move on now, while it's still light out." he handed a few flyers to nicky and asher. "h-here ya go, you can give these out to people if they want to take one. or if ya see a place in camp i forgot to put them up in" he put the small stack of remaining flyers into his pack, grabbed a few out for himself to distribute, and then headed down the path towards the cliff and lake.

"I doubt the sharks got him," Asher said, trying to reassure Ozzie. Not that he disagreed with this statement or anything. In fact, Asher was positive that if he had seen Steggy somewhere, that a shark couldn't have gotten him. Asher himself hadn't encountered any sharks the whole time at camp, so it just didn't make sense.
He took the flyers and happily followed after Ozzie. "Oh, I'm Asher by the way," he added, feeling sort of silly for not introducing himself earlier.
