In case real life forces us to take leave of Gaia or we have decided to no longer be part of this online community, please state here who you would like to care for your Tale. Or what would happen to your Tale should you no longer be able to care for him/her.

Though I hope this will never happen, if I should become incapacitated and be unable to stay on Gaia, I would like Linneas to become an NPC controlled by either Syrie or chaoticdivinity. Full ownership of the shop will go to Syrie of course and he can do with the shop however he sees fit.
Again, I hope that this will never happen O_O

If I choose to leave Gaia, I will take it upon myself to kill Sylvester or give him away ( cry ) since I'll be, you know, alive and able to. If this is too vague, you can just skip down to the next paragraph if it appears I've suddenly left without explanation.
If something happens to me outside of Gaia, which is more likely, since I'd never leave here without saying goodbye, he can be given to anyone Huni and Syrie would like. His memory can be erased and he can be turned into a grilled cheese addict for all I care, because I really won't be here to see it.

I, Syrie Zaire, being of sound mind [shut up] and sound body [not in the slightest], do hereby name the following actions to be completed should the Unthinkable Occur:
Article 1: Syrie quits Gaia [willingly]
If for whatever reason I choose to leave the Gaia Online community, I will engineer Khiarhu's "dissappearance" - Likely he will go Feral and/or find some way to rejoin the Tome. Any and all Tales that I have drawn to that point will be completed by my hand even after I leave. Full ownership of the shop would revert to Huni Pi; and she would do with it as she sees fit.
Article 2: Syrie quits Gaia [forced]
If for whatever reason I am forced to leave the Gaia Online community, I ask that Khiarhu become an NPC of the shop [precise terms will be arranged when/if this should happen] - controlled by Huni or Prolixity [if he will agree to it, and is still part of Gaia at that time] or Zymbu. Please note that he will be an NPC, not "their child" so to speak.

Though I hope I'll never have to do it, if I willingly choose to leave Gaia I will engineer Aido's death and/or her dissapearence u.u
If, on the chance I'm ever forced to leave the Gaian community and/or dissapear myself because of outside influences, please, give me a reasonable length of time to return. If I don't but Aido herself is needed she can become a NPC of the shop controlled by Huni [if she agrees to it] but if she's not needed, then please just have her dissapear. Ai's character and story are very dear to me and I don't want anyone else acting as her u.u
Though I really, really hope this will never happen ;_;

Gosh, I've never had to think about this, and I hope it never happens, BUT!
In the event that I leave Gaia willingly, I will either kill off Rhea, or have her disappear. I already have something planned in case this does happen, as Rhea was a D&D character of mine, who actually did die at one point.
If I just disappear into thin air, which is highly unlikely, I would like Rhea to be NPCed by Huni and Syrie until they can find a good point to remove her from existance. I would rather her not be RPed by anyone else, as I have a detailed story for Rhea already.
If any of this changes at any point, I will be sure to edit this post, but gosh, I really hope this never happens... cry

I, anemosagkelos, being of sound mind and sound body hereby bequeath the legal guardianship of Chailyn to those I deem fit, under the following circumstances:
The legal guardianship of Chailyn, should I leave the online community known as Gaia Online by my own will, shall be given to Chibi_Dragonfly if she will accept it. In the case that she is gone or will not accept the guardianship, Chailyn shall be given to Sukkubus or Lemonlime. Should either of them be unable to fill this request, I only ask that Chailyn be written as a vanished tale, who returned to her tome to seek refuge from reality. She may be NPCed by any of the three people or Huni Pi and should remain a nurturing, protective, and caring friend to all tales.

This has already happened once, so I'd better cover my butt this time.
If I willingly leave Gaia permanently, I will either quietly remove Ying or put her into the care of someone else (of my choosing and their consent, of course!)
And if I just disappear off the face of Gaia, I ask that nothing happen to her for a REASONABLE amount of time, because I may be having a repeat of this summer and WANT to return to Gaia, but just can't even bring myself to log in to post a hiatus notice. If I return, I will return, and if I won't, I will log in to ask that she be quietly removed or placed in the care of someone else (of my choosing and their consent).
And if I drop off the face of Gaia and don't come back within a reasonable amount of time, I give permission for her to be NPC'd or simply dropped to a "no longer here" list, etc.

If I have to leave Gaia, Tybalt will either sail off into the sunset or die in some spectacular way. He is not to be adopted out, he is not to be NPCed, and no ending is to be written to his story--except by me. Should I be unavailable (or unalive) to do so, I would like for him to simply vanish. No pomp, no circumstance, just gone.

If I suddenly disappear without any notice for a long time and no one has any idea what has become of me I hereby bestow guardianship of Adonis to Enoh Love who is ICly his mother anyway and would end up taking care of him even if Nio did die. If she is unable to fulfill this request I would bestow guardianship of Adonis to Eight because she is my closest friend right now that doesn't have a tale and I wouldn't want to burden any of the other tale owners with a second tale. If she cannot fulfill the request my next choice would be Aki Ana for the same reason, and if Aki can't do it my third choice is Adghal Popion for the same reason.
If any of these people cannot take care of Adonis I would like to request that his death be written by Enoh or Inle-roo, hopefully starting a war or two before he dies and ending in becoming a constellation in the sky as he was meant to be.
If I am leaving Gaia of my own will I will be giving custody of Adonis to Enoh unless she cannot handle taking care of two tales, in which case I will write his death.

Should I decide to leave Gaia, I'll decide at that point and time what to do with Onoway or who to give her to.
HOWEVER, if I should die or vanish forever or something like that, I'd like very much for Pukio to take guardianship of her.
And, if this isn't an option, I'd like her to have some awesome death scene of some sort, preferablely written by Pukio as well, and if not her Aylee.

I suppose I should write one out myself, just in case. I, Akiya Ryhan, being of a somewhat misguided mind and disturbed body, do lay down these rules for the handlement of my unruly son, Jiro.
Should I, for whatever reason, leave Gaia willingly, I will write out an ending for him where he will disappear. No one is allowed to have ownership of him (though he would go along with Syrie if he agreed to it, however should Syrie also leave, then no one shall have him at all) I feel that he is not someone who should be NPCd by anyone for any reason.
The same holds true for if I'm forced off of Gaia (either by no home, internet whichever came first) and I'm unable to say goodbye at the very least, I would like for him to be instantly written off. He could die or go on a pyscho rampage, I don't mind, as long as no one else gets to take care of him.

Just in case, I figure I ought to write one of these out, as well.
If, by some freak of nature, I decide to give up gaia...I believe I'd take Rasik with me--he'd vanish, along with Vashtya. He's a character too near and dear to my heart, honestly. (he'd been fermenting in my brain long before Syrie was able to really bring him to life for me heart ). If I DO NOT choose to do this, I will give rights to Syrie and/or Zymbu to control Rasik in my stead, as they are the two people here who I feel a) understand the char I was trying to create and b) would love him as much as I do/will do.
If, by some greater freak of nature, I disappear suddenly, I ask that y'all give me a reasonable length of time to find my way back--sometimes summers are teh shiznet for me, and so I can easily foresee things that'd cause this to happen--I would want Rasik to be offered to Syrie and/or Zymbu to do with as they pleased (I can think of a few things Syrie'd do to my little nudist...*SHOT*), and, if they were not feeling up to the task, I'd ask that he was just written out, or that he blew himself up in a fit of temper.

I, Dragonfly Kestal Kitamia, being of psychotic mind, and twisted body, lay down these terms in the event of my disappearance.
If I so chose to leave Gaia willingly, I request that Lance and Tybalt have one final, dramatic battle in which Lance is slain, at which point I request for his funeral that his body is cerimoniously burned as a purging of his soul.
In the event that I die, or disappear without a word, I request that Lance set off on a pilgramage, and never return. I request that Anemosagkelos, or Inle-roo write this disappearance. Or, if Huni chooses, Lance could become an NPC to be controlled by either Ane, or Huni. If Lance becomes an NPC I request that he is used to train younger Tales in the art of Chivalry, because it's not dead.

Willing Leave
If I willingly leave Gaia all together, I'll entrust Vidya to Nio first, seeing as she is his IC daughter and is living in the same house. If that cannot happen, I'll be sure to place her somewhere I deem fit. After all, if I willingly leave, I'll have a chance to give my precious girl to someone!
If they for some reason I can't choose someone to play her, I'll give each and every Author use of her as an NPC, on the condition that she's not used all the time, and is only there for support and/or random entertainment, or for plot purposes for each individual character. Nio, Inle, Eight and Dee may use her as often as they wish, seeing as Vidya is tied to closely to all of them, and Huni because she runs the TT shop. Since its safe to say Vidya knows most of the Tales, it would only make sense that she'd be there for them as an NPC when they needed her, right?
Unwilling Leave
If I unwillingly leave Gaia due to circumstances beyond my control, please wait the two months, just listing her as inactive. Nearing the third month, and I still have not returned with some explaination or warning as to my absense, I'd like her to be used as an NPC as explained above. If by seven months I do not return, I'd like to have her merely disappear from everyone's lives; returning to the water as her soul was meant to; Or you could have her die saving someone. Either way works.
