ATTENTION:
In this thread, I do not want crazy fangirls screaming "OMG, DBSK is going to disband?"
They will not necessarily disband, and we don't want any more rumors spread by crazy fangirls/Cassiopeias. Keep the faith, girls.
Okay, so I know that most DBSK fans have already heard about the recent conflicts between DBSK and their talent agency, SM Entertainment.
For any one who's been living under a rock, Jaejoong, Junsu, and Yoochun filed an injunction against SM entertainment on July 31st to remove a clause from their contract and edit their contract. The contracts are for 13 years (too long) and the profit splits are 80% to SM Entertainment and only 20% to TVXQ (divided by 5 for each member). The three are prepared to go to court and file a lawsuit if the exclusivity clause in their contract isn't dropped.
They have held a press conference, and their first hearing regarding their conflict is today, August 21st. SM Entertainment's stock has already dropped due to rumors that DBSK would disband if their contracts weren't edited.
They are trying to suspend their contract, and if the suspension is refused Jaejoong, Micky, and Junsu MAY leave the group. Changmin and Yunho might continue the group with 3 new members.
In addition, the annual SM Town Summer Tour has been postponed because of this conflict.

Changmin and Yunho CAN'T keep going with three new members. That would ruin DBSK. That just can't happen. SM Entertainment isn't that crazy. They know DBSK bring in lots of money. All they need to do is give the group what they want.

I think maybe DBSK should go to another type of entertainment such as JYP or YG. I don't want DBSK to suffer!!!! DBSK shouldn't get 20% of the profit they worked really heard and they have over 8,000,000 fans out there that don't want them to disband. even though SM supports them with studios and other stuff, DBSK should at least leave SM and go to some other Korean entertainment like I said. If DBSK disbands my heart will be heartbroken! If this happens to Super Junior I might just type the same thing. I also think that if 3 new members come IT WON'T BE THE SAME! YOOSU, JAEMIN, JAECHUN, YUNJAE, MINSU, YUMIN, YOOMIN, MINSU... Yeah you get it right?? (I think I did repeats or just forgot couples) If this does not end DBSK leave SM and go to JYP or YG, if possible (my other favorite entertainments)
SM STOP WITH THIS NONSENSE THING OF YOURS AND GIVE WHAT DBSK DESERVES!

UPDATE:
DBSK is suspending all group activities after they complete their previously scheduled concerts.
Solo activities will continue, such as their dramas.
The court will reach their verdict about Jaejoong, Yoochun, and Junsu's case on September 11th.
