Just a simple place for people to post positive pictures about people and/or body image. The emphasis for me is on girls, since they are the ones who generally have more body image issues, but pictures "for boys" are welcome too. 3nodding People can also post real and parody motivational posters too, as long as they're positive and on-topic.
Please note: If you have a picture that shows partial nudity (but with all chest/genital parts covered), please link it instead of posting it directly. Thank you!
Update Nov. 25th/09: If you're going to post revealing pictures of women/people, ie mostly naked or showing a lot of skin (even if they're covering their breasts or genitals), include a note saying that it might be considered NSFW (Not Safe For Work). Thank you!

I'll link rather than show the picture in this case too because this one shows partial nudity (women covering their breasts with their hands). But it's pretty interesting and informative. I don't know how accurate it is. But basically it's supposed to show the body type that most men said they preferred, followed by the type that most women said they want, followed by the average body size that most women have. http://5.media.tumblr.com/tumblr_kpmpabtEAN1qzusxdo1_500.jpgNikolita Edit: Picture is NSFW, due to reasons Lorien mentioned.

!namorata So I know this was unintended, but this thread makes me feel a tiny bit embarrassed about my curvless body. sweatdrop Sorry, that wasn't the intention, honest. sweatdrop If you find a picture online somewhere of someone or something you think is beautiful, and it doesn't have a lot of curves, you're welcome to post it here! <3 Nothing wrong with not having curves either.

I like this one. Even though she doesn't have many curves and almost nonexostant breasts, it's still pretty. :3 Nikolita Edit: Picture has a censor bar (artistic nude) and is NSFW.

Just so you guys know, I'm going to add a note to existing posts to reflect the changes made in the rules in this thread, which is that if anything showing lots of skin/"artistic nude" is posted, there has to be a note saying it might be NSFW. If there's a censor bar, that should be noted too. I'm sorry, I forgot to update the rules for the thread - I did ask a mod but hadn't gotten as far as updated the thread rules. Sorry! sweatdrop
Your posts won't be touched otherwise, I just need to add a note for technicality purposes so no one gets in trouble. Thanks for understanding!

"The Philly Naked Bike Ride Hundreds of carefree cyclists traversed Center City on Sunday for the Philadelphia Naked Bike Ride. Very few people actually started the race naked, but some said they might dare to go bare as the ride progressed. Many wore swimsuits, underwear, some women went topless, and others with carefully applied body paint. Organizers hoped the event spotlighted the vulnerability of cyclists, to make drivers aware of the need to share the road, and to make people feel better about their bodies, whatever their shape or size." 93 pictures that are potentially NSFW (some people are in underwear and some breasts with nothing but body pain covering them can be seen): http://www.philly.com/philly/photos/The_Philly_Naked_Bike_Ride_.html

"I am curvy. I have a woman's body therefore, I have curves, cellulite, spider veins, stretch marks and imperfections. While I am not proud of the weight I've gained over the years, I realize that my body shows I've been very well fed and has nurtured a growing child inside of it for over 9 months that is the most important thing about my curvy body. My husband does not complain about my extra weight nor does my son, both love to hug and squeeze me. Genetically I am prone to "padding" and have never felt any less love for my ample bodied grandmothers, my size does not limit my capacity to love, be loved or to live my life to the best of my abilities so I must stop insulting myself about my curves, flab and lack of muscle tone. It is in my power to change it, but for right now I'd rather indulge in an ice cream cone with my son than to go without it. It's time for me to embrace my curves." http://www.flickr.com/photos/groovyholly/2587872536/Potentially NSFW: Naked women shown from the back/side. A banner that reads "curvy" is over her butt.
