A white colored dragon lay in the forest. Looking through the forest towards where "the forest" connected with the onyx forest. It was a very small connection, but a connection all the same. From there came the smell of dragon, or at least a dragon that she had not smelled before. That seemed common in this place though.
One night long ago Kia had been walking in a shires woods, looking for Liz. Something happened that night. However what, Kia did not know.That was a long time ago though, and by now she had met people, and knew the dragon's valley well by now.
She quietly streched out on the forest floor, also now looking up through the folliage, watching the sky. Just relaxing and thinking. Although there were some dangerous creatures in this woods, she was not afraid. As far as she was concerned they could not hurt her. Now all she had to do was think of what she wanted to do for the day....

Sakren padded through the forest as a wolf. His yellow eyes took in everything. He was born and raised here. He knew there were other places he could chose to go, but he liked it here. It was home. He found a small clearing that his mother had shown him as a pup. It contained a small pond. He lay down near it and peered into it. He could see fish swimming. It was fun to watch them swim one way, the quickly turn a different direction and zoom past. His ears were listening to everything that went on in the forest. "I feel soory for those poor humans. If only they'd take the time to come in, they'd see how beautiful it was," he said with a smile.

Hearing something move behind him, he turned around and looked at Kia. "Hello," he said, gracefully bowing to Kia. "How are you on this fine day?"

"I am fine. My name is Sakren. What do they call you?" he asked. He shifted his weight, and white wings appeared briefly on his back, but he folded them so they were once again invisible.

"Oh, I've always lived here. I just usually stay hidden for the most part," he said with a smile. "And you? I know you're here often, I've smelled your scent before, just didn't realize it was you," he said, hoping he didn't sound rude.

Sakren smiled. "We probably haven't met bcause I'm always moving aorund," he said with a luagh. It was nice to meet and talk with another intelligible creature. "So, do you talk to humans very often?" he asked. He hardly ever talked to the humans because most of them freaked out having a talking dog. He could become human if he wished, but he did not like to very often. He felt weak and useless without his claws and fangs.

Sakren smiled. "People seem to care less and less about things other than themselves,' he said sadly. He shook his head. "If something is not 'normal' then they are either afraid of it, or pretend it doesn't exist. The other day I was in town, and a guy recognized me as a wolf, but the others said I was just a dog. Either way, they didn't care," he said.
