She's on a show dedicated to her losing weight and her partnership with Jenny Craiga is due to her show...she wants the world to see her lose weight.

She no longer wants to be a chub chub...ah well, it's not for everyone *shrugs*

Reminds me of Carrie Wilson (or whatever her name is) that televised her surgery or something. I didn't watch it, but I heard of it.

And if she wants the whole world to see it, I'm not going to watch. And like we don't have enough skinny actresses in this country crying

Oh well looks like it's too late to do anything, Yami. Let's hope she changes her mind sometime in the future ~_^

Carrie Wilson didn't just have the procedure for vain reasons, her weight was interfering with the quality of her life...her weight was causing major problems with her breathing and blood pressure and even walking around was painful and she couldn't get a job due to her weight unfortunately.

Not everyone has the bone structure to be able to carry a lot of weight, some people are meant to be small weight wise. It was her choice to get the procedure done and it works for her, that doesn't mean it works for everyone.

My main beef *mmm, beef blaugh * is that even though the gastric bypass surgery gets rid of the extra weight, it doesn't teach them how to eat properly...they lose the weight and then totally rely on their new stomach size to prevent them from overeating, and that works for awhile, but as well all know, your stomach can stretch and then you're right back at square one. Plus you get all of that loose skin and other complications that come from that type of surgery, it's just not worth it in my opinion.

They have to unfortunatley. I know I need to get a tummy tuck when I've lost more weight, but that's due to my stomach being stretched out from having 2 gigantic children sweatdrop

I know that there are plenty of chubby lasses who like being chubby, but I'm not one of them. I'd like to be 140-150 so it's not like I want to be rail thin. I am determined to get myself down/toned by the time I'm 30...DETERMINED I tells ya! whee

I think they staple it..not completely sure.
