Nezu's PokéBerry Haven

Hello again, everyone! Nezu here to teach everyone all she knows about PokéBerries! biggrin Unfortunately this will not include anything about Poffins, so my apologies if anyone is looking around for information on those.

Now, the reason I felt the need to set up this thread is because it seems like all of the Berry Guides I've come across tell you all there is to know about them... except about when you need to water them in order to get the most number of Berries out of the plants! I'm a pretty strict Berry-grower, so I've decided to record the times that Berries need to be watered, and share them with you all!

In addition to the watering schedule, I've included everything else you ought to know (perhaps more than you need to) about your Berries!

Now, I typed everything up in Notepad, so please alert me if you find any typing mistakes! Enjoy, and I hope you learn something new!

Visit me over at my breeding and trading thread Nezu`s Garden of Everything and feel free to place a request for a Pokémon, Berry, or item you need!

Explanation

Here is where I explain exactly what the heck I'm talking about with all the words and numbers in this outline that I made for every Berry!

(picture of Berry) # NAME OF BERRY
Size: How big is this Berry in the Pokémon world?
Firm: Is it soft like a banana, or hard like a nicely ripe plum?
Tag Description: What it says when you look at the Berry's Tag.
Hold Description: What the Berry does if you give it to a Pokémon to eat or to hold.
Flavour: This effects what kind of Poffin can be made out of the Berry, as well as whether or not your Pokémon will like the taste of it.
Location: Where can you find this Berry?
Sprouted: How long after first planting it will it take for this Berry to sprout?
Growing Bigger: How long after first planting it will it take for this Berry to grow bigger?
Blossoms: How long after first planting it will it take for this Berry to bloom?
Berries: How long after first planting it will it take for this Berry to produce Berries?
1st Stage Dry Soil: How long after first planting or last watering it will it take for this Berry to dry the soil out to a light brown colour?
2nd Stage Dry Soil: How long after first planting or last watering it will it take for this Berry to dry the soil out to a whitish colour?
Max # Berries: The maximum number of Berries you can possibly get if you water your plant during the right time.

Now, knowing the time between the 1st Stage of dry soil and the 2nd Stage is extremely important. You want to water your plants at some point between these times, or else your Berry plant may not produce the most Berries it possibly can, which in some cases can be up to as many as 15!

Here is an example of what I mean by all of this:

12:00pm You plant a Razz Berry
1:00pm The Razz Plant is still a seed
2:00pm The Razz Plant has sprouted and its soil has dried to a light brown colour
3:00pm If you didn't water the Razz Plant between 2:00 and 3:00, the soil has dried to a whitish colour
4:00pm The Razz Plant is growing bigger, and if you watered it at 2:00, it has dried to the light brown colour
5:00pm If you watered the Razz Plant at 3:00, the soil is now the light brown colour. If you didn't water the Razz Plant between 4:00 and 5:00, the soil has dried to the whitish colour.
6:00pm The Razz Plant has bloomed, and the soil varies on when you watered it.
7:00pm The soil varies on when you watered the plant.
8:00pm The Razz Plant has produced Berries. If you watered it during all the times that it was at the light brown soil colour, then the plant will give you 10 Berries. If you missed it during those times, and kept watering it while the soil was whitish, you can receive as few Berries as 2.

All the information I've collected so far has been posted! biggrin I'm currently researching the times when the 2nd Stage of dry soil occurs in the Berries that take 8, 12, and 16 hours to completion, so I'll update those when I know!

EDIT
Watering times have been updated for those Berries.
