I just wanted to ask this of y'all:
If they re-did Generation 1 and made it better, but kept the same characters and basic storyline, do you think it would be good and would you watch it?
Or would you hate it and try to burn it to the ground?
Would do you think?
Me, personally, I would probably enjoy seeing all the old Transformers. If they fixed the errors and added cooler stuff to it, it would probably be kewl to watch.
So, what is your opinion?

that would be hard to pull off so much has changed since 84 but if you really liked G1 pick up IDW comics by far the best up date ive seen and at the same time being vary close to the G1 story they found a way to use soundwave as cassette player and megatron as a gun that fits, cant have G1 with out it if you ask me

Yeah, I really do ned to find the comics, but I can't find them anywhere were I live. crying But I would kind of like it if they kept anything, well not anything, but just keep like the Transformers and alt modes the same, just spruce it up. Yeah, you can't change cassette 'Wave and gun Megs., it wouldn't be right for a re-do of G1.

I'd certainly give it a chance. Chris Latta is dead, so no original Starscream, but Spongebob did an excellent job as him in Animated, so I'd hope they could rope him in.

But I'd watch it. Might even enjoy it as long as they didn't try to "animate" is or anything and kept to the old, western styles.
Sure, it might be cool to see the old plots and characters with better sound and image.
