Tetsu arrives at an abandon ware house in kanto he noticed the graffiti and noticed that someone had sprayed over the thunder kings ware house with some graffiti tag "ohh this belonged to my idol the thunder king" he opens the door and notices picture of the former king and his team the place looks pretty trashed though it looked like no one had been in there in months tetsu looks around and feels happy at what he found

Kitsune looked around, until she spotted Tetsu. She unwrapped the ice cream, before walking behind him and smashing it into his hair. "That's for leaving me after the argument, so the guy you shot the ice cream at could only blame me." She made sure to rub the cone full of melting ice cream into his head. Kitsune quickly backed up so Tetsu couldn't get her.

Tetsu looked back and then looked forward again ignoring the ice cream on his head and everything else he was still looking at the picture of his idol the thunder king he was whispering to himself "where in the world did you go? in fact where in the hell did all you kings go?" tetsu says motionless

Light made it to the Warehouse and saw two stormriders. Since he didn't care, he merely stood on the rooftop of the Warehouse. Looking at the world
My talent is like that of most young kings, but I guess beating and racing punks won't help me live a good life
Light tired of watching laid down wondering what to do next

Light walks over to Tetsu and scoffs at him
Hey kid I think I know where the kings went, but I won't tell you
Since you don't deserve the information
So Unless you are going to do something about it
I advise you to get out of this Warehouse Now
Light being as fast as he was, vanished and left a mini tornado. He reappeared behind Tetsu and sweepkicked him. He quickly created a tornado and punched it near Tetsu head
That is the pile tornado my friend and you will be getting hit by a lot
of them if you don't leave this place now
And I dont think you want to be hit by one now do you

all tetsu does is smile and gets up from the floor he looks at kitsune giving her the signal not to get in it "well well well i guess ill have to do something about that wouldnt i?" tetsu says with a smile all of the wires come down from his gloves and his AT's he quickly moves in on light catching him off guard "im pretty fast too you know" he ties up light with wires all over "im not here to fight so you better lay off and leave us alone you got it?" tetsu says looking straight into lights eyes
(hey bro lighten up a little we are all f-class so we cant be doing things outside of f-class moves lol)

Light may not look it, but he was exhausted after using the Pile Tornado twice. Light still had some fight in him left
Hey you the kid who's trying to be the Thunder King
I advise you to get out now before I get serious
Light knowing he had the advantage of speed, knowledge and physical strength and took off the scarf around his neck. Light applied pressure to both his AT's and dashed towards Tetsu. Light performed a high-speed baseball slide causing Tetsu to fly right over Light. Light grabbed Tetsu's shirt and slammed him into the ground. Light axe-kicked Tetsu and stomped on Tetsu's shirt. Light slowly moved his leg up to Tetsu's neck and kicked his chin. Tetsu flew into the wall and Light slowly walked over to a bloodied and beaten up Tetsu and picked him up
Now Little Kid I suggest you get out and stay out unless
You want more and the name's Light
Apparently You don't know Im Japan's strongest fighter
Now later kid
Light tosses Tetsu out the warehouse as if he were nothing. Light notices the other Stormrider
Hey unless you want some too get out now
Light punches the wall and it completely falls apart. Light leaving his back pointed at Tetsu starts talking. Suddenly Tetsu starts to see and hear all of the kings and anti-kings voices telling him the same exact thing Light was saying
Now Tetsu you tell anyone who wants to come and deface this place
That they will end up worse than Sora and the original sleeping forest did
Because before I quit fighting and AT, I want this place to be the way it was before you guys came here

light didnt notice that tetsu managed to tie some wires on the edge of the window tetsu comes back up and stands laughing "you little punk your the one that should get out of here cause you was the one that scratched the thunder kings name over there to punk some weird grafitti marks" he then looks at kitsune to make sure shes ok "listen here first im older then you and second you shouldnt call people taller then you little you punk" tetsu says as he starts revving his AT's "if your the one that took over this place and messed it up like this im going kick you out and im going to fix this place up so when the thunder king comes back he wont have to fight such a punk like you" tetsu says as he motioned forward and passed out

Ligght the body well and knew that if someone passes out just chop them in the back of the head. Tetsu woke up instantly
Okay listen here little kid the Thunder King and all the other kings sent me
Here to give you a message, but the kicking your a** part was the Flame King's Idea
Light takes four AT wheels and and a memory card out and hands them over to Tetsu
The wheels are the Thunder Regalia cores and the memory card is supposed to be played downstairs in a secret room
I think he said its for training and he said to make sure I dont use these until I find a good stormrider to be my team
You aren't in my league so you aren't the one Im looking for
Light takes out the storm regalia and hands them to them to Tetsu. Light leads him downstairs into the secret room
The Kings each said that code to lock these up was my DOB and your DOB
So its protected from the both of us
But no Mistake Get in my path of finding this powerful Stormrider
Expect another primetime asswhooping

Kitsune blinked, before raising both her hands up slightly. "No need to worry..." She said calmly, before crossing her arms and turning around. "I just came to attack Tetsu with my ice cream..." Kitsune snickered slightly. "Good-bye." She said softly, before riding off. She didn't really have a destination for now, so she would leave Tetsu and the other person to their own business.

Light left Tetsu there to train and dashes by Kitsune. Light being so fast created wind that completely forced Kitsune to spin around. Light dashed up to the rooftop wondering if beating up the destined Thunder King was really worth it

Tetsu goes down stairs and locks both regalias in the safe down stairs and places the memory stick in the the projector room the video starts and he sees the the thunder king standing there "so you must be the other tetsu i heard idolized me so much because we ride the same road and we have the same name. well just because you have my name and you knew the flame king sora doesnt mean we are friends or anything i just was looking for someone who i think has potential to take care of my regaila and the storm regaila it took us all this time to get it back but we did and we have someone who can ride it but i dont think hes quite ready yet" tetsu smirks "yeah i think so too" the thunder king starts laughing and replys "i think you found that out also but anyway...."before he could finish the flame king sora pops out "hey loser long time ayy i hope you got the a** kicking i sent you" the thunder king moves him out the picture "sorry about that but anyway in this video you'll have everything you'll need to get stronger so try your hardest and take care of those wheels for me even though we're stuck in traphium for now when we get out im sure we wont have anything left to keep our throwns as kings so take care and try not to lose them byez" the video ends and tetsu has nothing to say just stops the video and turns on a cigarette "thunder king huh?"

Guess I have to continue following my path to power and retirement
Light notices someone looking at him. Light pondering if this was the rider he was looking. Light jumped off the warehouse and picked up his scarf and wrapped around his neck. He ran through the streets and trees looking like a ninja from above. Light jumped up and landed on a building's rooftop. Now he could see the rider and the rider couldn't see him

Light walked back to the warehouse. When he arrived he saw Tetsu happy about the prospect of him being the new Thunder King
So Sparks you happy about being the new Thunder King
And Im sorry for kicking your a**
Even though this isn't like me you need help
Right before he could finish the video continues and Sora pops out

Light looks at his tattoo and wondered if theold kings would survive and be the new sleeping forest and genesis

Light walked out the Warehouse and raced towards the nearest train station so he could the ride the rails to the Stone Fort and take it over
