What is it?
I use an Ibanez with IBZ pickups (A bit of a DiMazario/EMG mix, doesn't sound sterile though) and I frequently switch between all pickups depending on what I'm playing.
Treble: 6 Mids: 8 1/2 Bass: 4
My EQ is something around there most of the time, with the volume up high enough to drive it and the gain up about 4/5 on the dirty channel. I use a B52 AT-100. It's modeled after the Mesa triple recto, but sounds a bit like a mix between that and a Fender (it uses those crisp sounding 6L6's). It's a lot creamier then a mesa though, and a lot more tonal variety then a Fender, but cheaper then both. The things a total steal, The old one's at least. I tried out a couple of the new one's and I was not impressed. They also didn't keep the triple recto function, It's now a straight A/B.

Currently I've got:
Bass: at 1:30 Mids: at 12:00 Treble: at 3:00 Presence: at 3:00 Gain: at 1:00
Volume's not too loud, it changes a lot depending on time of day, since I live smack in the middle of the suburbs.
I need to learn to EQ better.

Eh it's pretty natural sounding, I used to do a real natural tone for a long a** time.
Do you have a Marshall?

No, but whenever I see "Presence" I think of Marshall and some Mesas. I don't like Marshall's myself, I'm more into fenders for clean/overdriven stuff and Orange amps for really overdriven/fuzzed out kind of stuff. For a heavy distortion, Mesa and B52 all the way. The B52's are my favorite amps though. I use the B-52 all tube 100w. Edit: the old ones, Not the new one's. The tone sounds different on the new one's and they got rid of the triple recto feature.

I'm a marshall junkie. Anyway. My current EQ is Low - 6:00 Mid - 7:30 Treble - 12:00
That's what I'm using for now. Since I'm playing rhythym guitar w/ actual chords the lows tend to ring out way too loud, and the treble way to quiet. So I just put together something that decreased low-end beef. It's bad, though. Because I'm using Heavy Weight GHS Boomers the lows still ring out loud as hell. >.< I want to change the strings, but I just put the damned things on.

Wow, That's a real scooped tone though. It's no low end or treble?
I hate doing that! I always want to tune down to C standard right after I get new strings and intonate for E standard.

But it sounds pretty delicious on my end.

skumskull Low: 2:30 Low mid: 9:00 High mid: 7:30 High: 1:30 Shape: 2:30 Are you a bassist? What kind of amp is that? You hardly see guitar amps with a high/low mid control. I hate that, I'm kind of a tone nazi.

When I used to play I'd set everything flat. Surely, the reason you buy certain guitars, electronics and strings is because you like how they sound? Extreme shaping kind of defeats the object of any character in the gear you own.

Extreme shaping kind of defeats the object of any character in the gear you own. I normally try to compliment my gear with my tone and give myself a bit of a boost in the mix as well. Also an EQ boost from the amp is different then a front end EQ boost, like from pickup's or tonewood. You modify the tone while keeping the original timbre with an EQ.
