On the Japanese version of Dir en grey's official site there have been a couple updates after the English version was updated.
Supposedly there was a update on the mobile information so be looking for that soon on the english version. Also expect a media information for magazine apperances soon on the english site. Here is what the dates are on the japanese version.

Seems that our lovely Diru has sceduled a TV apperance in Japan. Their first in a long while, because they have been touring. This information was taken from the Japanese version of the Official Website. In due time they will put the information on the site we can read but this is what it stated.

Withering to death.
Release date: 2005.03.09

According to their official site, there will also be a special edition release.
The intro movie on their official site has also been changed - it is now an advertisement for Withering to death.
