I do hope that I'm doing this right, often enough I'll think I know what I'm doing but be completely off. But yes, for the art. Looking at this picture, I feel proud and disappointed at the same time. I feel that I stepped up and did a good job but I also detest how the face looks.
Can anyone help me on how to go about drawing a better facial hair, or if you find anything else wrong with it, please don't hold back. Sometimes I can't tell the flaws that are staring me in the face unless someone points them out to me.

Ok the head is abit small,i like the cloths,and facial hair show a bit of age in a character perhaps you can give him a bit more of a larger build to help show the target age.
