Festival of the Twin Moon Goddesses: Reunion of the Dark and Light
The twin moons awoke to the sound of hammers down below in the port city of Priyal. Each new that that noise could only mean one thing, it was their festival yet again. It was always an exciting event for the two to witness. Of course it was, it was a festival in worship of themselves.
As the goddesses looked out their windows in the heavens they were greatly disappointed to see the current progress of the festival. The humans seemed to be alone in the creation and quite annoyed at the lack of spiritual help the ghosts used to give them. Even though only the entetis and legends among men could be seen, every one used to help out and the festival was set up in no time at all. Light and dark alike, none were there to prepare for worship and festival. Both sisters were distressed by this. For in their sleep they did not notice the banishment of the darkness from the world.
"Sister, this cannot continue. Without the festival our powers will not be replenished and we will fade from the sky!" Juska looked to her sister full of worry.
"Yes sister, I can feel a split in my soul. Something foolish has taken place down below and we must fix it if we are to be restored again for the year." Seska replied to her worried sister. Oddly she seemed quite calm.
Juska was unaware of her sister's subtle change in attitude. Her tone was slightly darker than before, but because she was distressed over the ordeal she had not taken notice. "What are we to do?" Juska asked as she looked back down at the poor excuse for a festival.
Something deep in Seska's soul told her what must be done. In fact it told her everything that had happened to the poor dark creatures of the world. Her heart was suddenly moved in pity for the banished. "We must activate the ancient pylons and bring the darkness back to the light dear sister." Juska was too focused on the earth to notice Seska's dark grin. "We must act now or else we will fade. Quickly dear sister."
_____________________________________________________________
Info: So with the efforts, the near last efforts, of these two goddesses the remaining Pylons were activated and the banished ghostlings were returned to the light. All but the god of Hell himself, and the one who gave his soul to the god.
This is the very center of the festival in the middle of Priyal, the main port City. Home of the biggest shops and trade area around. (However, the shops are close due to the festival) And they are right at the start of the festival of the two moon goddesses.
Light and Dark ghostlings alike were transported to the center of this town in a sudden flash of light. Do they fight? Do they find comfort in the ones they had lost months before? That is for you to decide. Kita and Azmodeus are no where in sight, however.
The streets are filled with humans putting the final touches on the festival. None of them notice any ghosts aside entities and legends. But they do not seem to care seeing any of these. In fact they are relieved to see them return. Their absence was noticed by many of the mortals. They were unaware of the banishment and know nothing else other than their own daily routines... To them, the sudden vanish was caused by a bad omen. And nothing more.
-This thread is the starting point. So from here you may branch off into your own threads for RP, but we ask that you post here first. Remember, everyone just appeared here at once in a brilliant flash of light. Remember to stay in character, keep up with posting, and have fun... or else. :3

Boser had just nearly swiped that shiny thing from a strange masked fey when the large light hit. It was so blinding he had to close them just for a bit... but when he opened them again he was not where he once was! There were so many people, human and ghost alike, in one -large- town. Boser had never seen a town before. Only forests.
He rubbed his eyes as he got to his feet. "Whats this that goes on here?" He quietly hissed to himself as more and more ghostlings begun to just simply pop out of nowhere. "ehhh... strange trees... ACK!" He lept back as another light bubble appeared. His tail flickered as he continued to look around in amazement. Shana too found herself swept away by the strange burst of light. Her wings fluttered as if to save her from this odd burst. When the world came back into color she was still screaming for her life. Her hands clenched each other and were held close to her chest. "SOMEONE HELP MEEEE!!!!!!!! PLEAAASE!"
The last time a sudden burst like that happens she found herself in a dark void of nothing. Banished for not siding with the goddess, no the god. It scared her hald to death the first time. She didn't dare open her eyes to reveal the cold nothing again, even though that was not the case. There were people here and other ghostling. In fact every ghostling was brought here! OverWatch had been polishing his beloved tail when the sudden light hit and he was unwillingly pulled into the town square. His first thought was those damn lores and their Kitsune pal. "Curse the air you breath!" He growled through grit teeth. HIS TAIL WAS NOT FULLY CLEANED! It was not long before the ear shattering screams of a masked fey brought his fuming to an abrupt end. Quickly he covered his ears to block the ungodly noise. His tail flailed around as if it had a rattle attached to it. Was there not at least -one- moment he could not get alone to attend to his scales and tail?!

Alnara gasped as she was hit with a brilliant bright flash of light. It streamed through her body, and the next thing she knew, she wasn't standing along the shoreline of Paokoli anymore and was now smack dab in the middle of Pyrial, the port town where most humans lived. There was a scream from another girl somewhere nearby. "Wha-what am I doing here?" Alnara asked the ghostling boy who stood beside her. He was a strange looking ghostling with long black wings and horns sticking out of his head. his jet black hair covered most of his face, but underneath it,Alanara could make out pale purplish skin and red eyes. He had many scars all over his chest which was exposed bare without a shirt on. He looked like some sort of demonic ghostling. "Did the same thing happen to you? A bright flash? Did you see it?" Alanara questioned him.

OverWatch leapt back, using a good beat of his wings for an added push, as another flash of light appeared next to him. For the moment his tail ceased its twitching. The grip he had on his scythe tightened slightly.
When he found his ground he coiled up once again. His tail resumed the calm sway as if to show it off to anyone who might be looking at it. It was his prized possession, something he was obviously very proud of. "Yes... it did." He eyed her suspiciously. She didn't look like the prankster type.

Hikaru had been simply drifting along in her lake enjoying the peace and quiet when suddenly she found herself being engolfed in a pure white light her brain sort of stopped as she didn't know what was happening she had no idea how to react
One moment she was in her nice lake the next she found herself sitting in a rather cold fountain in a town she had never been in before"well this is interesting"she mutters to herself and then looks around and saw more ghostlings then she had ever seen in her ghostly life"wow...."she was kinda stunned because she didn't know there was so many ghostlings
After she looked around alittle more she finally stood up and stepped out of the fountain and looked at the humans who worked to finish preparations on the festival a festival she didn't have any idea of what it was for but she simply shrugs and gets ready to explore
Thats when she heard the ear splitting scream a ghostling scream now being the guardian she was she felt she had to go see what was wrong and quickly rushed to where the scream had come from(hm im kinda rusty at rping >>; and this might be my only post for a long time)

Always shoot for the Moon...
Quanitela grinned as she chased after the toad that was slowly leading her farther into the swamp when she was consumed by the bright flash of light. Quanie's tails bushed up even more then they normally were. Her teeth were slightly barred as she found her self tumbling through the light into the center of a town. A small hiss escaped Her mouth. She didn't have a fondness for such crowed place and she scowled at her new surroundings. She was enjoying her chase through the dark and lonely swamp. Her tail's swayed back and forth much as an aggravated feline's tail would whip back and forth.
Quanitela had no clue what exactly was occurring in the town but she was glad to be hid behind her mask of face paints that decorated her face with odd little markings. That was when she heard the scream that filled her ears. In curiosity she started out toward the outcry.
Davenya was silently conversing with her Jason when she found her self surrounded in a blinding white light that could have actually been whiter then her fresh snow colored fur. She'd automatically tensed up as she thought it was David who had become more powerful over his own powers dealing with light. However when the light finally faded she found herself in the middle of a town with quite a few other ghostling's about her. She hadn't spotted Jason but she was sure he'd not be far off. Which was when she saw Quanitela. With a quite yelp she rushed over to her friend and hugged her.
Davenya bounced up and down her horn glowing softly and then brightly. It was an odd sight her excitement kept the horn bright but her relief caused it to flicker back to a soft glow at times. "Oh my dear Quanie I missed you."
David's horn was a deep red as his tail whipped back and forth. He'd been writing once more in a brand new journal when he'd been ripped away from the desk he'd finally found. He'd just gotten away from Venus and began and BAM! he was consumed by a bright light. David's jaw was set in a hard line as he threw a murderous gaze about to find the being who had torn him away when he noticed that not too far off His sister was in the middle of a crowd embracing an old housemate. He then tossed he gaze around seeing many ghostlings he didn't know but he did however recognize the town center he was in. He grinned at the knowledge of being back in the regular world. Then David frowned waiting for venus's coo of pleasure that was sure to follow.
Venus had been stalking outside David's room where he'd tossed her out. She was pissed at him tossing her away as if she were a piece of trash. She wanted to claw his eyes out but she needed him and only she knew it. In her anger as she stalked she'd been consumed in a blinding white light that sent her to a new place. She'd hated the light as it ate her up. Light was not what she'd mastered. She bristled in fury till she saw that all about her were ghostlings that were new to her. There was even a few other oversouls. Venus stilled her wings shuffling as she viewed those around her before she found david. She moved in a fluid motion almost just appearing at davids side. "David." she cooed. "Where ever are we?'
...because even if you miss you'll land in the stars.

Alnara gawked at the boy, wondering why he was so jumpy. "Well,do you know what happened?" Alnara ask again, this time with a bit more demand in her voice. "Hm,since i'm here anyway...i'm Alnara. I'm just gonna straight up tell you now that i'm a pirate...don't worry,it wasn't by choice though. I didn't have any other option..." It was quite a long story actually, but she was pretty he didn't feel like listening to her. "So...what's your name?"

Lysombre was standing alone.
Suddenly, there was a massive blinding, and he was standing alone. There was a revolting bundle of flotsam, sand and shore slime dangling from overlarge fingers. And there was no warm, inviting seaside hut surrounding he and his pink-haired plaything, Trick - who had been just about to receive the disgusting mass as a hat.
Well, this wouldn't work at all. Somber grunted quietly as he gazed around the City center, at the myriad spirits there, some looking as confused as he. This was all very strange and unusual to one newly dead. Heck, all he wanted to do was get back to torturing his mortal.

"Hey are you alright?"hikaru questioned she didn't look physically harmed but hikaru didn't know that for sure for a breaf moment hikaru looked around to see even more ghostlings appearing around her"wow...."she muttered again like she had when she had first been transported to the center of the town but after a few seconds she returned her attention to the ghostling that had screamed

Valkon was in the midst of sorting bones when he glanced over at Hawke. The boy was helping him and he smiled faintly but just as he turned, a flash of light burned into him. Gasping as he was picked up, all he could think to do was grab at his son.
For a moment he blinked, trying to shake the dazzlement from his gaze. One hand clutched tightly to another. He had managed to grab Hawke afterall. Thankfully. He'd not wanted to leave the boy to his crazy mother. Then as his eyesight cleared, he glanced around himself in some confusion.
Then irritation. Anger soon followed.
He was not finished with what he was doing yet. He needed those bones. Had that damned Kita transported him again? If Az had not had his entire loyalty before, he most certainly did now. Where was Loa? Psycho or not, he wondered where she was and his daughter, Fosull. And Chronos. As he glanced around seeing so many ghostlings, Valkon wondered where his friend was. Surely he was here also. And where was Lord Azmodeus?
And he most definitely did not like being exposed like this. Humans could see him now and he found several staring directly at him. His tails twitched in true annoyance as he returned the gaze full of hatred back at them. He still held his son's hand, but a part of him was elated that he was back in the world. The animals were here also. His crows would find him. And he could always send them back for his rats. Hawke clutched at his father's hand. "Where are we, dad? I'm not sure I like this place." He blinked in confusion and some fear. He'd grown up in the darkness and found it comforting. As he trembled, he darkened slightly as if turning into shadow. Valkon raised an eyebrow as he studied his son. This was the first time he'd show any sort of power "Don't worry. They cannot see you yet, son. Only the most sensitive would be able to do so. I'm getting us out of here. Then we will look for your crazy mama and sister. And Chronos and Azmodeus. We will find them, but all of us will need a safer place than this. Humans do terrible things." He remembered the fox all too well. Having gone into town to explore since he did not know the area and was new, Touma drifted down the streets. The lore that had deigned to remain with him at the moment was not far away. They had silently watched the festival's beginnings though they had been distracted by the need to get away from the noise. But this day they had returned to see what was happening. There were more people here and he had overheard several talking about the festival.
The story behind the fest made no sense to him. Touma did not remember ever having heard such a tale of the two goddesses. As he was suddenly blinded by the flash of light, he rubbed his eyes several times to focus on those around him. He noted the larger ghostling in front of him. At least his tails as they were directly in his face. Such a violet color. Taizahra suddenly snapped alert after he shook his head several times. The ghostling in front of him seemed familiar in some way. He was several paces away from Touma but as he studied him, Valkon turned his direction glancing around in confusion and then anger. He knew those eyes- at least the expression in them. He knew. It was the the boy that he had protected in the forest. He was what he was searching for.

Somber swept between the humans scurrying in and out of the square, intangible - but even if he were visible, he was thinking that it would make no difference. These people, unlike Trick, seemed unable to see him even with the best of efforts. Not that anyone was trying. They were all preoccupied: decorating their city.
Hair and mana weaving a trail behind him, Somber pulled himself up short just in front of the spirit that apparently, everyone could see - one of those with real power, a Legend. His tails twitched behind him as if he didn't enjoy the attention.
And beside him? A younger ghost, whose limbs flowed in and out of form just like his did. Barely visible, Lysombre drew closer. Could the Poltergeist be seen, since he was in the grasp of the Legend?

Percy was not having a good day. The humans who owned the attic he kept himself to had stuffed a bunch of stuff up in his area, and then had left! He'd thought they'd come back so he could stomp about in his over-large boots and make them exclaim. But no. He'd waited a week, and still nothing. But that wasn't the only reason for his scowling.
Rompastomp, his living rat friend, was having none of his surliness. Instead of finding the rat in his customary boot this morning, Percy had found only droppings. No rat. He supposed it could be as simple as Rompa needing to go find some food, since the humans weren't there to leave bits for him to eat, but the yokai had a feeling this was not the case. He was sure the rat would return, but at the moment, he was too grouchy to admit this fact.
So instead, he harumphed and sat his rump down to sulk. His tails randomly drew patterns in the dust while he glared off into the darkness of the attic space. Today was just not going his way. The brilliant flash of light was completely unexpected and startled him completely out of his sulk.
When his eyes cleared, he found himself in a new place. A place with many ghostlings like himself, and some unlike himself. He stared with round eyes, his child-like face making his eyes appear even bigger than normal. And there were humans here too!! He gave a little dance of delight and rubbed his hands together in anticipation. Ah yes, much mischief and many many shinies were in the near future! Priscilla was adjusting her hat on her well-groomed head when the flash blinded her. She waited primly and calmly for the brightness to fade. She wasn't exactly anxious. Her life had been a very short and very transitory one. Her afterlife was less so, but she had never quite shaken the tendancy to merely accept changes as a given. This wasn't much different.
She stood in a crowded town square when she could see again. She gazed about her, a sense of gratefulness flowing through her that she had finished dressing in her finest today before this had happened. Proudly she fluffed the ruffles at the edge of her current outfit. Some might say it was old fashioned. Others might disdain it's profusion of bows and lace. For Priscilla, however, this was the height of fashion. The ultimate clotheshorse, she tended to have a surprisingly varied taste in clothes, though usually they were somewhat odd compared to what most might call 'normal'.
It was no great setback to discover she was in a new location. Her treasure trove of a closet was safe back at 'home', and this might give her the opportunity to procure more unique fashions. With a soft hum and a slow smile, she fluttered her wings and began to move among the crowd, not quite strutting in her heeled boots.
She paused by another charm dragon that sported a rather intriguing mask at a canted angle on his head. She inwardly pondered this as a possible fashion to adapt for herself, one hand unconciously going up to her fancy hat. "What's going on here," she inquired aloud, her sweet light voice as polite and demure as possible.

Touma glanced over at the girl ghostling. "I'm not entirely certain. I think that someone wanted the rest of these ghostlings here. He..." he said, pointing to Valkon. "does not look happy about it." Glancing over at Tai he watched the lore, a faint expression of concern.
The lore was moving directly towards Valkon. The creature had indicated to Touma some time ago that he was looking for someone. The intensity of the lore's eyes made him glance again at Valkon. He was the one. Tai was just so sure.
Valkon's tails twitched again as he watched those around him. Several of the humans moved closer to them. Holding his son's hand tighter, he watched them all as the space around them got smaller and smaller. What was wrong with these people? Weren't they afraid? He'd honestly never been in the town, but simply remained on the outskirts, pulling his pranks and spending time with the creatures in the forest.
They should be.
"Hang onto my back, son. I'll get us out of here." Focusing he shifted into his wolf form, suddenly snapping at those around him for room. They'd give him space or else. The large violet wolf bared his teeth angrily as his tails lashed around.
Hawke clutched tightly at his father, sliding onto his back. Whether anyone could see him or not, he didn't care or really think of. His dad would protect him. He nearly slid backwards when Valkon suddenly leaned his head back throwing a loud eerie howl to the air before leaping forwards directly at several humans in his way. They scattered in some panic. The entity would find a path or make one. And he needed time to find the others. But he was getting tired of being tossed around and back and forth.
