Aryaisha was bored. The day had stared like all others; he hunted early and drank his fill in a local watering hole and then it got boring. For some reason Ary hasn't gone wandering for a few days and so was in the same general spot that first met the leopardess named Uhuru. He changed the mental subject and survived the landscape as well as the weather.
It was sunny and warm, with a breeze ruffling his fur, like normal. Clear sky for the most part, only one or two scraps of clouds marring the perfect blue and a few birds enjoying the day.
Across the grasslands there were a few herds of animals in the distance, indistinct from the distance and the warping from the heat. There were a few trees near the watering hole and that single small tree out in the tall drying grass. Once more Ary pulled his mind away from his memories but this time rather then the surrounding area and weather, Ary started to weave a story.

On her own now, after several months of following Bombei about, Kisa was slowly starting to build her own repertoire of stories rather than just repeating the ones she'd learned from Bombei. The type of tales she tended to like most were those she could tell to young ones.
Stories of creation and legend, and those that gave a gentle lesson. There were times she liked darker tales as well, but not usually.
Lost in thought, the dark cheeton didn't even realize she was approaching another storyteller, gaze far away as she padded slowly toward where Ary was.

Aryashia quickly grew frustrated with the pathetic story he was mentally working on so with a angry shake of his head he tried to wipe it from his mind. It was this motion that cause Ary to spot a dark moving spot from the corner of his eye. He stopped shaking his head and focused on the horizon, trying to spot the object that he just noticed. It didn't take long for him to spot a very dark cheeton heading his way, a female by his guess. It seemed to him that she was deep in thought so he called out a greeting, "Hello." Maybe company is just what I need he thought as he waited for the newcomers reaction.

Changed to Aim Log
Kisa jumped slightly at the sudden voice that seemed to come out of the blue and looked around for a moment. Oh ... oh, there was someone else here. Really, she needed to stop getting so lost in her own world. It was going to get her hurt one of these days. At least this male didn't look as if he wanted to eat her or anything. "Ah ... hello," she replied softly.
Aryaisha was watching the newcomer quite closely, so he saw when she jumped when he spoke. Lowering his volume a bit but keeping the same friendly tone he called out again, "Great day isn't it?" He didn't move from his spot, didn't even stand up as he didn't want to startle this female anymore then he already had, "The name is Aryaisha and I don't bite, I promise." He tried to make a joke but even he could hear that it fell quite a bit flat, after all what lion didn't bite.
Kisa was on slightly firmer footing now... as she'd only been startled before, and she padded up to the male unafraid. Her own teacher had been larger and thicker-furred than this one, after all. "Hiya... my name is Nalêdi'kisa, but mostly everyone calls me Kisa." She smiled a bit slyly then, and tilted head. "If you don't bite, how do you eat?"
"Nice to meet you Kisa, I guess I should have added that most call me Ary." He looked around like he was checking to see if anyone could over here them, then added "They only call me Aryaisha when I'm being particularly annoying." He had to think a moment about her question, he really did want to come up with something really witty. "Well I just get it in tiny peces then just gulp it down like some convoluted teethy bird." Sometimes even I wonder about my mental health he jokingly added to himself.

Kisa blinked, and then laughed at that. "I guess that would work, maybe. Though I've never tried it myself." Joking aside, though...
"It's nice to meet you. Are you a wandered?"

Ary laughed along with Kisa. It really was quite amusing to think about a grown lion eating small little chunks like some odd bird. He was still slightly distracted by the thought when the young cheeton asked him a question. "Hum? A wandered? Do you mean a wanderer? Yeah I guess you could call me that. I follow where the wind takes me although I would count myself more of a storyteller then a wanderer." He looked over at the young female then asked, "How about you? Are you a wanderer too?"

The cheeton's ears pricked toward him in heightened interest then, and she made a soft sound. "You're a storyteller? I am too!" She smiled at him. "And also a wanderer as well ... it's the best way to find new tales, after all~"

"That it is. Meeting others and creating stories is one of the best things to do if I do say so myself." Ary was glad to meet another storyteller. Maybe together they can think of a interesting story. Maybe something about the gods or about a bird who befriends a lion, even a tale about a lion who had to eat the odd way he described earlier.
"So Kisa what wind blew you this way today? And do you have far to go still?"
