Currently, the guild is still gathering funds to create forums to properly catagorize different roleplays. In the mean time, please fill free to create roleplays here in the main forum until further notice. Also, guild mule has been created under the name yo-soy-israel.

I am currently sending out invitations to other Gaians to help expand the membership of the guild, since about 4 out or 10 invitations get accepted.
Also, please -if you haven't done so already- add yo-soy-israel [the guild mule] to your friends list so that you may recieve important updates.

So! Finally got our first rp sub-forum up and running! Yey! Now, this rp was made a while back, and I was not as literate as I am now, so please, ignore any amaturness. This RP is to get things started and to test the creativity of others. More sub-forums are to come to accurately organize rps by thier genre. Also! please don't be shy about posting rps in the guild. The sooner we get rps up, the more people that will come and well... roleplay! ~ Spaniard and Israel.

Alrighty, just added a new thread, meant to have normal discussion.
I get my trading pass in a little over an hour! Yey! That means I can donate gold to the guild and get another sub-forum up! Hehe!
I talked to Spaniard earlier, and since there is technically no crew, then there is no need to have a Crew sub-forum. -we put it there just to have it-
Sooooo, in the next few hours, expect to have TWO new sub-forums.
Now, the hard part is deciding what to do with those sub-forums...
One will be dedicated to a role play genre. We are leaning towards fantasy.
And we are debating on making the second forum a Series Based sub-forum! Which would mean all rps that have to do with fan-fiction or next generation of -insert series- would go in that sub-forum.
*chatter chatter*
okay! It's decided! That's what is to come in the next few hours! YeY!
And don't be shy! Post a rp idea you may have here in the main forum, or in the appropriate sub-forum!

Awesome. Just set up two new sub-forums.
The Fantasy sub-forum will now and forever hold all role plays that are fantasy based.
The Series Based sub-forum will now and forever hold all role plays that are series based, fan based, and next generation based.
Unfortunalty, me and Israel barely came up with enough gold to do so. So, please remember that donations to the guild ARE accepted. If you do plan on making a donation, you may either send it directly to the guild, or via Israel. The difference? No one can take money out of the guild account, not even I. So, if you give to Israel, the money will be adjusted accordingly and the ability to give back gold will be possilble.
Also, remeber that you can purchase your own own sub-forum for only 3000g.

Alrighty then! Now that we've got our first two sub-forums set up, its time to talk about the others.
That's right, there will be many more sub-forums that will specialize in particular genres of role play! Isn't it thrilling?! surprised
The next sub-forums to be added will be the following (though not in any particular order):
Yaoi/Yuri
Horror
Sci-Fi
School
If you can think of any more genres that can handle thier own sub-forums, please let us know so that they may be added on to the list. Approximate creation time per sub-forum is 3-5 days.

Well, time for the daily update.
As you can see, there have been a bunch of sub-forums added to catagorize role plays.
A special thanks to Sam- Knight of Darkness, svaler, and xColorMeGreyx for making a donation to the guild. Without your support, none of these sub-forums would have been possible.
The added sub-forums now include: yaoi/yuri
sci-fic, futuristic
school
one x oneas well as the fantasy and series sub-forums. Also, please pay careful attention to the Midor role play and check for added characters.
The Under Construction sub-forum has been purchased by svaler, and will be operating as soon as possible, so once again, please check in for updates.
On another note, I would like to announce the 'Now selecting CREW!' thread. The first 5 people to apply will receive positions in the guild as crew members. Those duities will include sweeping assinged sub-forums and generally keeping things running. It's not a hard job, but having moderators in the guild will give a slight sense of law enforcment.
As of now, the 'First Contest' thread has a new deadline. That deadline has been shortened to 12am (Gaia Time) Aug. 17th. This is because there are a good amount of ideas already given that we could actually start casting votes now. Voting begin on the 17th and end on the 19th. Also, please note, for anyone who has not sent in the information needed by the Directory thread in the next week, you will be recieving a warning. Most that have not sent in that information are also those who have not posted at least ONCE in the guild. Please, attempt a post if you have not done so. Preferably in a role play.

Okay, so, daily update.
Let's see.
Well, everything done today was pretty much for the crew. All crew members were briefed and have now been assigned to monitor a certain sub-forum. To find out who monitors what, just go to the sub-forum and read the Information. thread.
Um. I saw a bunny today?
Oh, the suggestion box for the guild's name is now over. At this time, I will set up the voting poll so that everyone can vote. Please remember to follow the deadline.
Uh... There was something else I was going to say, but I forgot.
Oh yes.
The sub-forums have been set up so that you can all role play at your lesiure. It would be nice to start seeing some of those nice, brilliant, and literate pieces of work up and running in the guild. Soon.
Hm... Israel is now on a small hitaus. Why? He's annoying me. Though, I may just turn him over to you -the members- and do what you will with him. He's bi. *can hear the yaoi fan girls plannin* So yeah.

Well, here we go with your daily update.
Okay, so I missed a few days, but there was really nothing to report. And I was tired and *carries on with excuses that doesn't matter*
On a side note, I would like to extend a very Happy Birthday to Nine_Tails_Dragon_Demon for celebrating her birthday today/yesterday, August 18th. Israel wanted to make you a cake but... well... let's just say it didn't turn out so great.
*cough* Now, where was I? Right.
So, as of now, we have some activity spreading around in the sub-forums. At the moment, current role plays that are open are:Lacerta Divum Incendia~a Fanged Endevour [sub-forum]

Fun in the Sun?! Furuba (Fruits Basket) Rp [Series Based sub-forum]

Also, please take note of the new thread in the main forum, the 'iRant' thread. This is a thread made for ranting about anything. Rant about rants! I don't care, just make sure you know you can rant here in this thread if you feel the urge to.
As of now, the 'Now Selecting Crew' thread in the main forum is being deleted. The list of active crew members will be kept below the rules in the 'Welcome' thread.
Hm... mascot anyone?
Now that voting for the guild's name is over, should we have a vote for a mascot as well? It's definatly your call, because your desicions fuel the way this guild works. So, if you would like to have a mascot, then please say so in the 'Comments, Complaints, and Suggestions' thread here on the main forum. If you really, really, REALLY don't want a mascot, please say so in said thread.
What else is there...
Oh, right. Banners. If you would like to donate a banner -or I can pay you if you feel that is appropriate-, please PM me. If I don't hear anything about it in the next few days, I will pay for a banner to be made. It will of course, say the guild's name and what not. When the banner is up, then I will ask for feedback. If you don't like the banner, I will take it down and start over agian. Those who do like it and would like to put it in thier signiture and things like that can PM me for the code and I'll gladly give it to you.
Other than that...
Oh! Ha! Congradulations to svaler for winning the vote on creating the guild name. I hope you will have pride knowing that everytime you come into the guild, you know you contributed to creating its name. Way to go!
A round of applause also to xColorMeGreyx for winning second place in the contest. Your phrase will be used in the banner as well, underneath the guild name. Congradulations. And of course, thank you to all that participated in both entering a suggestion and in voting. -For the record, Israel and I did not vote. He couldn't make up his mind, and I didn't want to interfere. All suggestions were excellent and it was honestly hard for me to chose just one/two, so I just kept out of it.-
The voting threads will be up for the next day and then will be taken down.
I think that's about everything.
I am very aware that school for most of you may have already started. For others, it will start anywhere from now until next week. To post a change in your schedule, please do so in the 'Hello-goodbye!' thread here on the main forum. I will be posting there shortly.

Alright! Haven't gotten down to do one of these in what? A few weeks?
Seems like a good time to update everyone on that status of the guild.
Hm, where to start...
Oh. By last count, we have 21 members. *throws confetti*
Also by last count, I still have spelling issues.
Anywho...
So, if everyone will take a look around the guild, you may notice a few changes.
One would be that there are more and more role plays popping up every day. Which is a good thing. The bad thing is, there are not that many members role playing. Many of these role plays are empty. So, to help fix that problem, I refer you to the 'Advertise' thread in the main forum. If anyone owns a role play, please, fill free to advertise it in that thread. That way all members can see what kind of role plays are currently available and where they are located.
Second, you may notice some changes in the sub-forums. Recently, I've found that I am going to have to tighten the leash on the crew members, so there will be some slight changes in the next few days. I plan on reporting crew activities to the guild members because... well... it's not nice to keep secrets, nyeh?
As of Sunday, a competition ended between the five crew members; a popularity contest of sorts. The goal was to see which crew member could get thier sub-forum booming the most. Of course, the deadline for that contest had to be extended for obvious reasons. All in all, the winner of said contest was Azrael_The_Death_Angel. Congradulations to mah buddeh. He received 500 game tokens, which is alot by my standards, but meow. I would also like to point out that the second place winner was minus infinity. It was actually a close call, so congrats to her as well.
Relevantly, you may have noticed the 'Member of the Month' thread. This is, of course, just as it seems. Every month, Israel and I will be selecting one lucky member as member of the month for which ever month it will be. Likewise, the crew members have thier own contest going on with the same deadlines. That way, crew members have competition against eachother and the members are not at a disadvantage. There are of course, prizes for the winners, so get to posting.
Another thing. Posts. The guild offically opened in early August. I have -saved on my laptop- a list of all guild members, all members who were invited but never joined, all past PM'd newletters, and other guild related stuff. In my list of members, I also have you guys in order of when you joined. If you look back to the rules in the 'Welcome' thread in the main forum, you will see that probation letters will be sent out to in active members after a month of no activity.
Unfortunatly, this deadline is not the same for crew members. Crew members are scanned for activness every two weeks. They were sent thier probation letters yesterday for more technical reasons, and I feel it is my duty to report that all but one of the crew members received a probation letter. Which takes me back to how things should be changing soon; meaning more crew activity.
Again, [and this is to everyone] if there is some reason you cannot be active, please PM me and let me know. If I am not informed of anything holding you back from posting for a while, I will have to assume that you are simply not posting and count your absences.
Speaking of which, if you are the owner of a role play, and have set up TWO threads for the same role play[ one being an OCC/Profile thread and one being the actual role play] you will notice that one of these threads is now a sticky. Why? Because I feel it is more organized to have all OCC/Profile threads at the top of the sub-forum so that the rest are the roleplays. If anyone disagrees, please let me know and I'll have the threads changed back. OR if you guys feel it should be the other way around, let me know and I'll have it done that way instead.
On a side note, I'm sure everyone has noticed something rather... drastic. Israel is wearing a new outfit. For talking back to me earlier today, Israel was placed in a new outfit. He is now the offical guild man-whore. Don't bother being gentle with him, that's the point of punishing him. I would like to point out though, that Israel's items and clothes are NOT bought using guild money. All of his items are donated via daily chance.
Which brings me to another thing. I see we have had a burst in donations lately to the guild. Awesome. However, now that I am planning contests for you guys, I'm back to square one on the gold issue. Why? Because once gold is donated to the guild, it cannot be taken out. Now it can only be used to buy sub-forums. And unless you guys want more random sub-forums, the gold will just sit there. That's why I am asking anyone who does wish to donate to the guild, to send a trade to Israel instead. That way, when contests come around, I have the power to give gold to winners and other such things. No, I don't want your gold to buy awesome items with. I don't fancy expensive items and don't change my avatar every hour. I am very content with the items I earn with posting and such, and I've dedicated to save up more gold for the guild, so meow. Again, please send donations to Israel and not the guild.
And you may have noticed that lovely banner up there that you can hardly read. Lol. It was not mean to be like that, but Gaia is evil with thier sizes so meh. If you would like to see this banner closer, there is another copy of it on the guild home page. If any of you would like this banner for your signatures or anything else, please let me know and I'll give you the code. All thanks goes to miss Lunarshinobi [a non-guild member] for creating the banner. She actually was not going to let me pay for it, but I did anyway.
Hm, there was something else I was going to say. Let me scan the guild one more time to make sure.
Oh, right. As a side note, I want to remind everyone that you can post your own role plays anywhere in the guild, as long as they are in thier appropriate sub-forums. OR you can post in the main forum if you feel that will get you more attention. I really don't care. I'm not going to like, fine you for putting your role play in the main forum if you feel that it will do better there than in a sub-forum.

Okay, time for a new guild update.
- The first round of probation letters were sent out the other day. Please be reminded that this is only a warning. If you are inactive in the guild for a month, then you are sent a warning. This warning is just to see what's up with you and to see if there is any problem in the guild we can fix that will keep you posting. Also, please be sure to keep posting in the guild because two weeks after your first probation, you are sent a second one. And after that, you are put up on the chopping block to be kicked out. For more information, please read the Welcome thread in the guild's main forum.
******For the record, the officical guild opening for probation dates is Aug. 19th.******
- A new sub-forum is up. The **Randomness!!!** sub-forum has been set up because... well, I got tired of Israel bouncing all over the damned place. If you'd like to post random threads in this sub-forum to talk about just random discussions or to make a point or anything else random, you can do so in that sub-forum.
- Literate Lottery. - I bet that got your attention, huh?- A small thread located on the main forum of the guild, this is a basic giveaway for guild gold and other prizes. Please note that even though donations to the guild are accepted, donating directly into the guild does not allow us to give back that gold. If you would like to contribute to the guild, the most appriciated form would be via trade by Israel. Don't worry, I don't want your gold. In case you haven't noticed, I'm not too worried about the way my avatar looks in the first place, so meow.
- Attention all roleplay owners. Following probation terms, I will be looking around the guild to scan roleplay activity. More specifically, whether your roleplays are active. There are some roleplays that have yet to open. If your roleplay has not opened within a month of it's original posted date, you will be receiving a letter of notice about this. Don't worry, you aren't in trouble, but we do need to fix this problem. If not, I will have to close down your roleplay. Sorry, but remember why you joined this guild in the first place.
- Guild membership is slowly increasing. Please remember to tell your friends about the guild so that they too can have a piece of our sexy guild.
- Speaking of sexy. An error has occured with the guild banner. I am working on this, as well as purchasing more banners. More information to come on that subject. I will also send out another guild announcment with the codes to the new banners so that everyone can have one.

If some of you have not noticed, we no longer have any crew members.
That is due some drastic changes that I am enforcing inside the guild.
If you were a guild crew member, your membership was demoted and you now hold a normal member status. You are no longer allowed inside anything that requires a level above member.
If you wish to continue serving as a crew member, then please, say so by Wed. 25th. After that day, I will no longer accept former crew applications. All personal matters will be dealt with when you reapply.
As for all others, if you would like to apply for a crew member position, please do so after Weds. and before Sat. 28th. This is to ensure that the former crew members have a chance to reclaim thier position before I give thier spot away.
The number of positions availble will range from four to six or seven, and the job is non-paying.
Please do not apply for the position if you do not plan to an active, regular member. If you have too much time on your hands and want to do something constructive, then by all means, apply.
But if your top three priorities are not to Gaia, or the internet, then please, do not apply.
I know this may sound mean and harsh, but I feel that the action I have taken was for the best interest of the guild. I also hope that everyone understands my motives for doing so.
With that said, again, if you do not feel like you would want to be placed with the responsibilites of the crew, or are not active on Gaia -including the guild- at least three times out of the week, then please, do not apply. I will be putting stricter rules and give more jobs to crew members that may take some time and commitment. If you are not willing to dedicate a small amount of your time to the guild, then please don't apply. This position is not for those of you who are looking for a place to hang out and roleplay. This position is for those who feel they can offer something to the guild by giving thier services.
No experiance is required. If you can follow the simple request I asked for above, then that's all that I will really check. If a non-former member PM's me about applying before Wed, your application will be null and void. If a former crew member sends me a PM after Wed, your application will be null and void. If a member cannot follow those simple instructions, then that member does not need to be promoted to crew member. I think most of you will agree.
On another note, please remember that I do keep tabs on member posting. Probation dates are the same as always and if you have any questions, please PM me or Israel and we will be happy to clarify anything that may have confused you.
Also, I will be making some rules concerning role play owners. Not much information is availible on that subject at the moment, but please do keep a heads up. This will also effect those of you who have purchased a sub-forum. I advise everyone now to get some activity in thier sub forum or role play to eliminate problems in the future. At least try, that's all I'm really asking. 'But no one will join' is not a vaild excuse. If I see no effort to advertise or talk to me about members not joining your role play, then that proves to me that you didn't try. Trying is all I'm really asking for, just an effort, please.
On a totally different subject, I would like to extend an invitation to all of you to join the iRant thread. The topic at the moment is based upon Twlight/New Moon and b*****y girls. smile

Alright guys, time for an update.
First off, for those of you who haven't noticed, member numbers are slowly increasing. Yey!
I expect all the old members to behave to the wave of new members, and for the new members to not be shy and join in the fun!
Speaking of which... have you seen some of the new roleplays that have been posted up? They're... awesome. Just... awesome.
On another note, I regret if I am causing a role play to fall behind. My schedule... it sucks. Expect to see me online two or three times out of the week. In the case of roleplays, please do not let my absence bring down a roleplay. Just skip me or something. Don't let the roleplay die. Or else...
On another note, please be mindful of probations. As fast as people get accepted, they can also be kicked out. Let's follow the rules posted in the Welcome thread of the main forum. Also, new crew members have been posted there as well. The crew is still under massive construction. To become a crew member, please PM me. It is a non paying job.
Speaking of money. The Literate Lottery has gotten a fresh set of numbers. Go check them out before the usual gamblers take me for all I have.
Also, there is a new contest in the main forum. All you banner makers go check it out for some awesome info.

Remember this guild? This guild was a small role playing guild that held only a limited amount of members, and then one day the owner, Spaniard The Last Angel, when on a random hiatus without warning ...
... Hi, I'm Spaniard smile
I've been back on Gaia for the past few weeks and I am now about to reconstruct and revive this guild. I hope to restore the guild and its role plays to their former activity, and I would love if you all stayed along for the ride.
Of course, I realize some of you may have moved on.
In that case, that's fine. I understand. I abandoned the guild and left it to die, and for that, I'm greatly sorry. It came unexpectedly, and as you can see, I don't use my former account.
But none the less, I have returned to claim what is mine and restore it to a place for you!
I would ask that if you'd like to stay with the guild, to hold tight while I get things here situated. Also, that you take the time to skim through the old role plays you were once apart of and express your thoughts and ideas.
And to those of you who have moved on, again, my deepest apologies. I ask for your forgiveness, and if you truly have no desire to stay a member of this guild, that you go on ahead and click the 'Quit Guild' button in the right hand corner. I won't be offended and will completely understand; there will be no hard feelings.
Also, if you do decide to leave the guild, I will possibly send you a PM asking your permission to continue any of the role plays you may have started here. Many of them were original, and I would be honored to continue their story.
