Weather: rainy and cloudy
The outside of the facility has several sets of training equipment that helps train ninjas who rather train outside in the village's very element. There is a lake outside for those wanting to practice suiton techniques easily.

Spehiroth walked up outside the facility and waited for his opponent to come. He drew out his personal sword masamune and waited.

Teddy appeared as he got into a battle stance with Ice kunai in his hand.

Sephiroth was curious on how Teddy can handle speed. So time to practice a useful jutsu he practiced. He made seals then suddenly seemed to vanish as he appeared by Teddy and started running around him at insane speed to where afterimages appeared and looked like they were standing still. Teddy was now surrounded by 10 afterimages. Then in speed that normally wouldnt ever be seen Sephiroth flew past Teddy slicing at his right arm. Then almost instantaniously came out of the left side slicing at his left arm. Then appeared to be split seconds came out from behind slicing at his left ankle and came from the side slicing at his back across. Then came out from the right side slicing at his hip and again came out from his left slicing at his left hip. He ten flew past him slicing at his chest and then flew back the opposite direction slicing at his stomach. He came back around slicing at his right eye then the final time came slashing at his back. During this entire time it appeared as if none of the images moved at all, showing just how fast Sephiroth was. This technique was known as Malicious Quickening. With his bloodline lightning chakra ran through the blade giving an eletrical current

He then at incredible and blinding speed slashes at the target up to 10 times, but the speed is so fast it looks like all the Sephiroth's are standing still. This is an advanced level of swordplay and the only thing that can actually read the movements barely is sharingan fully delevoped ((three tomoe))

Teddy was hit but when everybody part was hit it flew off with sand shooting out. There was injurys to Teddy but not to bad, the sand came back as Teddy formed hand signs and hand signs and sand from his back came out and went onto the floor. "Sand Coffin" sand then went around his opponent

((dont forget the lightning infused in the blade increased the damage on you. And what just happened? your body parts flew off?))
Sephiroth leaped backwards and flipped again over onto the lake. He placed his sword at his side as he weaved handsigns together and muttered. "Electric Tsunami: Denki Tsunami no jutsu" And the water on the lake suddenly came to alive as it rumbled for a moment and then a massive tidal wave comes running at Teddy, filled with a powerful eletrical current. Sephiroth couldn't be seen at this point as the wave blocked Teddy's vision of him, as well as half the horizon. Sephiroth was weaving handsigns as the wave thundered towards Teddy

Teddy formed hand signs and a tsunami went straight for the wave, Teddy got into a defense position, the water hit but he was still shocked minorly by the electric. Teddy pulled clay out and fed it to the mouth and a c6 statue appeared, he formed hand signs and it grew as tall as him, he took off running from his position forming more hand signs and the c6 went off, he turned to sand as it went off

Sephiroth stood still as his sword's power activated and a shield formed around him blocking the explosion after his tsunami smashed through the other one. The sand on the ground was nothing but mud now and Sephiroth looked around seeing if Teddy was still there. The whole area was now flooded and with the rain going it benefited Sephiroth even more. He started weaving handsigns as he looked about cautiously
((Ok, for future reference, that move was an S rank, theres no minor shocking what so ever. Your being soaked by rain being wet making you that much more conductible. As far as your tsunami i think that was a sand one, though all sand jutsu here is weak due to rain and water))

Teddy appeared underwater as he formed more hand signs there and started to breath, he started to swim and poked his head out "Amekage I think the Hokage is in the village, I sense a big chakra signature" he said ducking is head

The hokage walked towards the training fields in hopes of seeing the Amekage. He stopped suddenly when he saw the battle that was going on, smiling with interest. He recognized one of the participants, but the other, the obviously more powerful was interesting. It was possible this could be the amekage, he decided not to interrupt but watch from the shadows for now.

Sephiroth looks over for a moment seeing the Hokage and nods as a sign of saying wait a moment. He turns to where teddy was in the water and weaved handsigns. He held out his hand and a huge fuma shuriken formed in it, made from pure lightning. This was the result of the mastery of his bloodline. He threw the fuma shuriken which moved incredibly fast from it being pure lightning and when it touched the water it eletricuted all in it, which meant Teddy would be eletricuted badly before the fuma even hit. Though it cannot cut off limbs it delivers powerful shocks. And with Teddy throughly soaked n water and in the lake, this could potentially kill him, if not it would paraylze him. And Sand techniques where he was is useless, and with clay's weakness of lightning for it loses its chakra, this would be deadly.
Lightning Fumma Shuriken
Creating an intense shuriken made completly of deadly lighting this is thrown Extremerly fast and is very painful being made of pur lighting the gaint shuriken cannot decapate limbs but will cause huge shocks once it hits

Teddy nodded and noticed the Fuma Shuriken and thought "you butt head," he said as it hit the water and shocked the living hell out of Teddy and paraylze him as he was shocked his body shot straight down to the bottom of the lake.

Sephiroth looked down in the water and started wondering if he was alive or dead, or even awake. Incase if it was a trick he left teddy there for a moment, and headed over to the Hokage. "And what do I owe the pleasure of seeing a kage here, especially the Hokage" He says getting before him and waited for his responce
